Excellent location in Phoenix, was able to walk to the Suns game in 10 minutes. Not directly downtown but very close to sporting events and the convention center. Super clean rooms and staff were very friendly and helpful, they even provided a map of downtown and listed places to eat. The breakfast was also very good.

We visited friends that stayed in a suite. Beautiful room, spacious, no smells, great amenities, quiet, and very fast guest service. The entire hotel was very clean and comfortable. Secure parking and located near many restaurants. I recommend this hotel to all of my visiting friends and family.

Free breakfast which I always love. It was a wide variety of hot and cold choices. The rooms where clean just small compared to some of the other hotels. I was able to walk to many places to eat within twenty minutes. The temperature was perfect during this time (Novemeber). Hot enough to wear a dress but cold enough that I could wear jeans comfortably too.

The stay at this location was awesome. Bed was extremely comfortable and they have updated equipment like tv, kurig coffee machine. Bathrooms are great as well. The breakfast was excellent with tones of options and very healthy. Would defiantly would stay again.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn this past weekend. The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and very quiet. I was worried because our room was right next to the elevators, but we couldn't hear anything inside the room. It was great! Didn't have time to swim, but the pool did look nice. Breakfast was good: on the smaller side as far as options, but still yummy. It is just a quick walk to Chase field to catch the game, so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking. I think they also have a shuttle, but we decided to walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Good experience. Only two minor complaints: Breakfast room was extremely crowded and food kept running out. Second problem was that the room AC WAS LOUD.

Our family had a great lodging experience during our time in Phoenix for the ballpark. It was a rocky start when no bell hop carts were available when we first arrived (there is only 2 for the hotel) but with a little wait we were on the way no problem. Noise levels were satisfactory, breakfast your typical continental everyone loved it while the worker kept pace with the demand! It was a relief knowing the pool/spa area was not overcrowded every day, its very hard to find that these days. Sometimes we even had the whole area to ourselves which was a nice touch! We'll return next time we are in town to cheer on the home team! Thank You

The bathroom lock is broken in my room, but is otherwise a reasonable place to stay. Relatively easy walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center makes it the right choice for me. There is no walkable stores or eateries that I have seen.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were amazing! Very helpful and accomodating. The room was very spacious, clean, and had modern amenities (surprisingly, it had a mini-refrigerator)! The location was at the heart of downtown Phoenix and walking distance to the Arizona Center (where there are plenty of food options). I highly recommend staying here!

It was comfortable and clean and allowed us to relax and have fun. The woman at the front desk was great and we were completely satisfied with our stay.
