The staff here are excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of choices.

Great room and a good price. Close to the clues and tons of entertainment. Breakfast was more than expected, and staff was accommodating. We'll be back.

The great thing about Hyatt Places is they are all pretty much the same so you know what you are gonna get. It's a great setup, staff is typically very attentive and the free breakfast includes actual food and not just pastries and coffee. Location wise you are within walking distance of tons of bars and restaurants and a CVS pharmacy. Also a few minute drive to the mall. Bottom line, it's not a resort hotel but for your average family or business traveller it's a good value in a good location.

Great location near Old Town and the mall. Great value for the price. Clean hotel and rooms. Bfast included!..and great price on their lunch/dinner menu. Fitness room a little lacking but they do have a relationship with LA fitness close by. Id definitely stay here again!

Great location and hotel. Staff was great with every interaction as well. Erik was very nice and went out of his way to make our stay for our anniversary special. Hope to stay here again in the future!

The rooms are at a good rate, and they are spacious. There is a Complimentary Breakfast, 24 hour menu, a coffee and cocktail area, a heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and a 24 hour business center.

Just arrived and extremely hot, hotel apparently can't keep up plus although not cars outside we seem to have been put on the side of the beating sun. You have 2 rooms. Television is in the middle so honestly doest appear to work for either room. Popcorn ceilings, its old. Bathtub looks a little scary and the inch of dust on the TV is probably because nobody watches it due to its location. Just not what I expect. Because off season had figured we were getting a deal. I feel like we got took. We have 2 nights of this and no return of any monies would be given if we wanted to move.

Great location to Old Town, the rooms are amazing and the staff are friendly and personable! My only complaint lies with the sheets, they can use a retirement/replacement; singed and a bit roughy.

The place was wonderful! We were visiting from LA and needed suggestions on where to go to eat and the places to see. Arturo and Sergio were wonderful in helping us! They gave us the best suggestions and were always asking if we needed anything. The morning breakfast was great! Fresh eggs, bacon, french toast, etc. The room was clean and bigger than we expected. Overall, great pick for our stay! The only thing I would say I wasn't so impressed with is the pool area. There was no hot tub and a small pool.

We arrived at the hotel and was not given the room we had booked some time ago. In addition they did not explain the amenities of the hotel at all, location of things, wifi, etcI was also not informed we needed a parking pass, I luckily noticed them in the other cars in the lot. It was a bad experience and would not recommend the place.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are large and modern, full breakfast every morning, free WiFi, bar in the lobby, nice pool area. I was very happy I chose this hotel for my vacation.

Great location to stay out during WM Phoenix Open. 25 minutes south on Scottsdale Blvd. Extremely mice staff. Walking distance to good local restaurants. Large room with fridge, King bed and foldout couch good option for 2. Free breakfast tasted good with numerous options and nice amenity. Parking no problem and hotel has security guard on site occasionally. Hyatt points were reasonably priced and don't think I could have scored a better deal for 3 nights. Enjoyed our stay with small inconvenience of late night partiers in the vicinity.

Excellent rooms, very nice staff. Huge rooms and bed. Absolutely great value for money. Located just fine in the vicinity of the old town.
