We visited Springhill Suites as part of our bachelorette party for my best friend. The room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and helpful. Thomas Lee, the night manager, went above and beyond to make our bachelorette party unforgettable. 10/10 would visit again.

Great stay. We loved everything, the room, the pool, the staff, the beach, the breakfast, the beach bar. The staff was top notch from the front desk housekeeper and bartenders. The room was clean and roomy with 2 TVs and a divider for privacy. 3 pools one for toddlers, kids and big kids all were heated. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything about this place is very good. Amazingly there’s no sand in it! However, the rooms are not very sound proofed from the hallway. It’s a great location and the beach is stunning.

A great location right off the beach. Free parking for overnight guests. The rooms are clean and modern with excellent sound proofing so you don't hear your neighbors. The hotel staff is very friendly always asking how your day is going. The heated pools are great for when the ocean is too cold.

Had a retirement party there and it was fabulous! They went out of their way to make things perfect for us. The conference room was very nice and the staff are wonderful!

Loved the hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy access to the beach. Outside pools are great. Rooms clean. Bed are memory foam type. Good for some people, others not so much, but I love it.

Great service! We arrived at about 10am, and let the front desk know we were running early. They gave us our wristbands so we could use the pool, bar area, and restrooms. They took down our number so they could call us when our room was ready, but also checked in on the Marriott app. The app ended up being faster, which is understandable. Rooms are very clean, they are fresh and airy (nothings worse than that damp, sticky gross hotel air). Beach area is great. Not too crowded on this end of the beach. There are boogie board/kayak/canoe rentals between the hotel and the water. Boogie boards are $8, canoe/kayak $20/hour. Definitely would return!

At the last minute ,midnight, our vacation went downhill and needed a room asap.
They were so accomadating and got us in. This was the most hospitable encounter I have ever experienced.
The staff there is AMAZING as well as a gorgeous room and view.
    Thank you so much!!!

Very family friendly hotel. Clean, beautifully decorated. Spacious rooms. We stayed in the king suite with two bunkbeds with a gulf front view. Worth every penny that we paid for the view. It was beautiful! Best continental breakfast I have ever had. Only complaint is that the bathroom sink is very tiny for a family of 5. Beautiful beach. Bring your own chairs unless you want to pay $44 per day for a chair.

Great hotel. Direct access to the beach as well as 2 pools and a hot tub. Breakfast is pretty good for hotel breakfast. My room was modern and comfy. Would recommend.

This is a nice place to stay if you're planning on visiting Pensacola Beach. Their rooms are very large and have nice balconies to enjoy the weather and beach view. Breakfast is included in the rate. Nothing too special, but you'll find your standard scrambled eggs and sausage and of course they have the fan favorite, waffle makers.

The hotel is right on the beach but they also have 3 different pools (1 for kids) if you prefer that. They have towels that you can use for the pool or beach and there are beach chairs you can rent by the hour. Definitely worth staying here.

Get a Island View room. We were in room 401 and the view was perfect - you could see the bay and the gulf. We debating paying more for a room with a view and decided not to, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room (the cheapest) probably had the best view they offer (see my photo on google maps!)

This is a great place to stay for kids and adults. First they have 3 pools, one that is a zero entry kids pool with fountains and play toys. The next pool is a normal pool, but the third is the best it is a normal pool but it's heated to a very nice 88 degrees. The rooms are nice and have a balcony so you can take advantage of the beautiful views. The staff is also very good.

Had a beach facing room that was amazing. The pools are clean, the hotel is very well maintained. Typical hotel breakfast, but everything was fresh and tasty. No complaints here.

I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel seems more like a resort with its location and amenities but has a nice comfortable family feel. The rooms are large and spacious, the morning breakfast was free and excellent. Parking is free and theirs plenty of it. They have 3 pools with a bar and a hot tub, one which is specifically for kids. Beach access is easy and nearby. Theirs plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall excellent beach hotel.

Spent a week SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach and loved it. Staff was great and very friendly, always saying hello or good day.
We spent a few days years ago and since then the property has been renovated. The rooms look great and the room size is great with no issue with four adults staying in the room.
Pool area was nice and worked for all ages. We had 13 people with 5 being 7 years old and under. We never felt crowded with there 3 pool areas. Access to beach was direct from pool within 50 feet.
Only issue was Pensacola Beach was adding sand to beaches, did not impact us to much. It did make for GREAT sea shell hunting.
