Maids were very cheerful and pleasant and kept room clean and neat always making bed either with clean sheets or just making the bed. Everyone on staff spoke and was very pleasant even while working. Bar tenders were great including Nate. We will be back. This was our first stay and enjoyed it so well can't wait until next year. Overall a very relaxing place to stay.

My housekeeper was extremely exceptional. I was in 317 this weekend and she was great. She made sure that the guest were welcomed and experienced a great stay. Also, your front desk staff was exceptional. The kitchen was struggling Saturday morning with our food . Three people sent food back and in particular two sent back grits and shrimp because the temperature of our food was barely warm :(. Overall, this was a great experience. I would highly recommend. Thanks for being such a great place to visit.

We always love it here. The entire staff treats us like family & seem to love their jobs. The whole experience is designed for fun. We love the fact that you can stroll right in from the beach in flip flops & a wet bathing suit & sit down to fine dining - or chicken wings & a beer.

Whether you’re bringing the whole family or planning a romantic getaway, you can’t go wrong.

We’ve been to the French Riviera, Maui, California, Jamaica, the Virgin Islands, Key West, Cape Cod, the Outer Banks. But if we could only go to one beach for the rest of our lives it would be Pensacola Beach.

And we would stay at Margaritaville

Very nice hotel. Everything was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The location is close enough to walk to the board walk. There is a nice restaurant just outside the hotel as well as one inside the hotel. The beach is pristine with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Moe of a family friendly resort than a party resort. This was my first visit but I plan to reopen

Great stay beautiful location and resort. Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. Restaurant was reasonably priced and had great food.

Need a shower the beach and a wider walkway. A large person was walking on the walk way to the beach and we could not pass. Embarrassing for them and I had to turn around and go back to let them by!!

I have family in the area so I am able to stay here frequently and I love it. I recommend off season (not summer) mostly because I really don't like the heat of the summer and the crowds. Summer on the island is crazy (not the fault of the hotel, of course). If you do stay during the peak season, you might want to avoid the expensive end rooms, because on one side you get the noise of the Land Shark Bar, and the other side faces the pool (those are amazing rooms with wrap-around balconies). All gulf front rooms are excellent and the walk-in showers are enormous. The restaurant isn't cheap, but the food is quite good -- it's nice to have full-service dining on the premises.

Rooms are beautiful with large concept and two person shower. No bathtub in my room but honestly I'm perfectly fine with that. Beds are comfy. Staff is awesome. And the daily events the hotel plans are fun! Ate at the restaurant and had such a great breakfast that at 3 pm I was still full. Definitely recommend staying here. And try out the bourbon omelette for breakfast if you like seafood!!!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were updated with great fixtures and tiled floors. Even the room we visited, which was gulf front, still had a great view of Little Sabine. The pool itself was great. But the tiles around the pool get very slick when they are wet. However, the pool bar made excellent drinks super quickly.

Perfect place for a relaxing get a way. Beautiful views. On the less busy side of Pensacola Beach. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. Great food and drinks. The staff is very welcoming. We try to come here every year.

Great place to chill on the beach. Great views of the Gulf from rooms. Tiki Bar by the pool with the best bartender on the beach. Short walk to the boardwalk for shopping or food and drinks. Short walk down the beach gets you to the pier for fishing or just a nice stroll to the end. Been there three times and will certainly be going back.

The price is high I've been here 2 times the floors always have sand on them an also the bed sheets. This time I found a stain on my mattress cover when I informed the front desk they gave me a discount other than that. The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on the beach I may consider staying here again oh and the food at the restaurant is good

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were beautiful and large. The hotel was very quiet at night. The staff was wonderful to work with, we were there when Tropical Storm Cindy was in the area. We were allowed to leave early without any kind of penalty. We will be back next year.

Beautiful hotel away from all of the others with a great bar on the beach. I have photographed many weddings here, the staff has been curteous and the ambience is always happy. They also have the best chef on the beach! Try the food.

Hotel is very nice, we had a gulf side room which had a full view of the Gulf the Mexico. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We actually ate at the hotel restaurant two nights in a row. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food received. The tuna was fantastic.

Event was a food and drink pairing between the hotel and Fairhope Brewery. The food and drinks were extraordinary. Intimate social event so very easy to mingle with other guests. Staff was very professional and attentive. The hotel beautifully located along the beach.

Staff is very nice. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is not stack next to other hotels, so there is plenty of beach front without the crowding. Local restaurants and shops are nearby. Great place, great food. We will definitely come back.

I stay at Margaritaville pensacola beach every year for Blue Angels weekend! The accommodations are 5 star. The beds are amazing! Housekeeping is thorough and diligent making certain my room is "white glove" cleaned every day!
The view from every perspective is spectacular. Even if you don't have a Gulf front room, the views of Sabine are exponentially magnified with a sunset over little Sabine.
The team that comprises Margaritaville is stellar!
From the moment I drive up to the front door, I am greeted with a smile and multiple team members to assist me with luggage. The front desk is eager to assist and facilitate a flawless 'check in'.
The Foodoh my! The culinary skills of the chef and his staff always supersede my expectations. In fact, last night, I sat on the veranda overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and enjoyed a beautifully presented Blackened Grouper with sun dried tomato grits with a blueberry sauce that was out of this world
The entire Team at Margaritaville are well trained in the art of 5 star customer service.
