Awesome hotel! Great views and the pool and lazy river are THE BEST! Very clean and organized. The restaurant serves awesome food, and it has a convenient and cheap breakfast buffet. My daughter and I walked to lots of close by attractions. If you get the opportunity, you need to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed March 20 and 21, 2018. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Lewis and Shelia. Room was very clean and cheerful. Only mild complaint was one of the beds was a little hard. Great access to the beach. I would stay again.

Fantastic location and nice amenities at this Holiday inn on the beach. The pool area is good for kids as they have a lazy river. Adults can enjoy food and drinks by the pool or at the tiki bar adjacent to some cozy fire pits. Leaving a 4 start due to the cleanliness of the facility especially Riptides’ indoor restaurant. Overall I’d highly recommend!

I do not have children, but This is a very family-friendly resort. I came during the off-season (March) so it was not crazy, not a lot of people or party crazed kids. But the pool is great for kids ages 6 and up. the deepest it gets is about 5 feet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It is right on the beach. They were also very consistent with cleaning my room each day I was there. There is also a lot within walking distance (restaurants, pier). I would stay here again. Everyone was so friendly!

Holiday Inn Resort is a beautiful hotel located right on the Gulf. It has a heated lazy river pool and an indoor heated pool. It has a few hot tubs, an arcade, two fire pits, and a nice bar/restaurant. It was chilly when we stayed here, but still had a really great time. Our room was very nice and spacious. We didn't want to leave!! We will be going back!🙌

We stopped in after our celebratory trip to Disney World and during check in the concierge asked if we were celebrating anything special, we told her we were at the end of our victory tour celebrating my husband getting over a severe illness she congratulated us and we went to our room, shortly after that we received a knock on the door from room service. They had sent us complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberris, this was so thoughtful on their part. The hotel is clean, the rooms are up to date and amenities are awesome. Heated pools, hot tub, fire pit and beach access, we 100% recommend this hotel.

Hotel had helpful staff and was clean and nicely decorated with attention paid to detail. Rooms were clean and nice, though a bit small for more than 3 guests. Pool was great and towels were provided. There is a shower at the beginning of the beach access, which is steps away from the pool. I suggest to bring your own beach chairs, as the hotel makes you pay $7 a hour per chair! Also, steer clear of the snacks and amenities shop near the front desk, which charges $8 for a pint of ice cream! The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet and kids eat free. There is a tiny game room with a air hockey table and 6 games, 5 of which were working. Overall, it was a great hotel to vacation at & I would definitely recommend it!

First time staying here and loved it. Rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. They have all you need in one place. The lazy river was wonderful and the food and drinks at the bar and grill were great too!! We would definetly book again!

This is a very nice hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, specifically, housekeeping, when asking for extra coffees, and towels they were so polite and accommodating. Alexis, Crystal, and Chrissy, Thanks for your wonderful service!
The view from our balcony, no matter what time of day was breathtaking. The pools are clean, and towels are provided. On the beach, you can rent chairs and umbrellas for reasonable prices. The restaurant in the hotel was okay. We would definitely recommend this place!

A very lovely hotel. Easy check-in experience with a friendly desk agent. We were returning from a hurricane evacuation and had our dogs. They waived the dog restriction and made them very easy. Room was clean. Restaurant food was good.

We love this hotel! This is our 2nd year and we plan on many more! Get a beachfront room if you can, the view is beautiful! There are daily activities for kids, with pirate and mermaids and a movie every night. All the employees are friendly and the rooms are cleaner than many hotels I've been to. The pool and lazy river set this hotel apart from others on the strip. Yes there's a beach a few minutes away but the pool is nice when it's too dark to swim or the surf is too rough. And the hot tub is great after a long afternoon at the beach. There's shopping and entertainment and food just a short walk away. Worth the price!

If you're a review reader like me, this is the review to read! I'm an avid traveler who searches for nothing but the best and will tell it like it is if the service isn't top notch, but this place exceeds my expectations every time! This hotel is the absolute best! The Management and staff are superb, the atmosphere is outstanding and the food is great! I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone! Thanks Holiday Inn for your top of the line service! I will definitely be back!!

The customer service experience here was as outstanding as Disney World - and that is the standard I compare everything to. The front desk staff was super warm and friendly - Latoya was wonderful as were all the others. Wait staff, housekeeping, and bar staff the same. The view from our balcony was BEAUTIFUL. The white sand beach was incredible. The lazy river, hot tub, and Tiki bar with its nighttime torches were so nice. The beds are so, so, so comfortable. WOW. The room was very clean and smelled nice. We all slept very soundly. A really amazing trip, every single year. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on PB!!

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful front desk crew. The room was clean and the bed was great. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower which was definitely nice after being on the beach. There is a large pool area between the hotel and the walkway onto the beach, but it's not too bad to get through. The beach area is good, what you'd expect along the Florida coast in the area. A lot more shells along the water than you'd find over in the areas near Destin. Didn't have any issues with parking, but the lot appeared to be full most of the time. Overall the location is great, most restaurants and shops are walkable (5-15 min). Definitely recommend over driving around, especially during holidays and weekends. Enjoyed our stay here

Beautiful hotel. Nice little bar with a couple good craft beers. Very nice normal sized room with humongous shower stall. Great views of the bay or gulf. Nice indoor and outdoor pool and lazy river. Excellent location walking distance to many restaurants.

Nice hotel on the beach. Nice pool and hot tup. Bar in lobby. Very nice staff. A good place for kids and family. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because when I booked it, the agent said free Internet, parking and breakfast was included.
When we went down for breakfast, they tried to charge us! We checked out and went to another hotel. Hassles aren't needed on vacation.

Staff outstanding! Nilla and Tracey on the reception desk where the kindest, most 'loving' people I have ever met. After a 16 hour journey from England and feeling a bit disorientated , I realised I had left something really important at the airport. They moved mountains and delivered it to my room within a few hours. I felt like I had my two best friends there during my stay. Even alone and in a place I had never been to before, I felt 'at home'.
The room was spotless and most important - quiet so i was able to rest up. The beach view wonderful and I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool!

Holiday Inn Resort is AWESOME! From the moment we got here, we have been treated well. The staff are all so nice and helpful, very warm and welcoming. The amenities are great. The outside pool is heated a comfortable 70 degrees. The room I should clean and comfortable as well.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed the stay. We had a gulf view room and the view was amazing. We watched sunrise on the balcony!
The property has a tons to do if you don't want to go the beach. Staff is friendly. Will stay here again if we visit Pensacola again.
If you have kids, this establishment is super kids friendly.

I have visited Pensacola for the past 6 years in a row for my beach vacation and I usually stay at the Hampton Inn a few doors down. This year was the first time I stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort! I pretty much enjoyed my stay. The amenities are great, loved the lazy river. Riptides had some pretty good food. Staff was nice and friendly. My only complaint is the room could've been a little cleaner. The bathroom smelled moldy and the shower curtain was pretty dirty. My sheets were also dirty I had to request new ones. Overall my experience was a nice one and we are considering coming back again next year based on the available amenities!
