Love working with Resort Vacation Properties as they had so many great homes to choose from and at reasonable rates for the month for us and our fur babies. Ebbtide was a great house and we are looking forward to coming back every year and walking the beautiful beach and sitting on the wonderful deck looking out at the ocean.

We have rented from Resort Vacation Properties for the last seven or eight years, and we would not rent from anyone else. Every single person we encounter is pleasant and friendly and helpful.

Last year in a review I mentioned that the house we were in could use a dresser in the master bedroom and an extra towel rack in the master bathroom; this year when we arrived, what should I find but a dresser in the master bedroom and an extra towel rack in the bathroom! I am amazed at your response! Thank you so much.

The house we are in suits us perfectly. It is bright and it has various areas for us to do our thing. We are glad to be able to rent it year after year.

2017 was my first year using Resort Vacation Properties to rent a beach home. The process was smooth from start to finish. I searched available homes to rent with ease on their website. Once I made my decision on a home, paying the deposit & filling out the paperwork was a breeze. I received several emails between my initial booking & the date the remaining balance was due "checking in" & reminding me of the date approaching. We rented a pet friendly home & there was no hassle in regards to our dog. We arrived 45 mins before set check-in & the housekeepers weren't quite finished cleaning the home. They made sure to finish quickly so that we could get inside the house after our 8.5 hour drive. I even told them not to rush, I was aware of the check in time & was fine having to wait. They told me it was no problem & offered my girls & I drinks/snacks for our short wait. I will definitely use them again & recommend everyone check out their listings!

Great rental agency! Always respond quickly to any request for maintenance or housekeeping. They provide a month or more supply of dish soap, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. There is a 5% discount for repeat renters. Friendly and helpful agents.

This is the perfect place to vacation and relax in a beautiful and restful environment. As the management company for our rental, Resort Vacation Properties does an excellent, no I would say "perfect" job in facilitating all aspects of your visit.

The house name is Island Perspective and it was reserved under my dad's name Bunny Stafford. I've always rented from Resort or Collins and never had a problem. This time was not the case. To whom it may concern owners or rental company not sure who is responsible for keeping the place clean. The pool area was not inviting at all the concrete around the pool was very molded/ mildew green, pine straw was on the screen that protected the pool and because of that and the overgrown trees we never got any sun at all from the pool area. The water in the pool was freezing so we only got in it once. We had two disappointed kids and my mom that had surgery and really wanted to be by the pool due to her not being able to walk in the sand at the beach. She had been waiting to go on vacation for 10 months and wanted to be by a nice pool with warm water! Didn't happen for her disappointed!!! My husband blew the pine straw off the screen to let the sun shine in but it didn't work to many trees. If you are going to have a pool you should not have trees covering it most people like to lay out by a pool to get SUN you need to cut some trees down or trim some limbs . He also tried to clean the mildew in the concrete but it needs to be pressured wash and the drain did not work the water did not drain at all it took two days for it to go down and it was gross and smelly! My poor husband wanted to relax and not fix or try to make a house that we rented
better to accommodate his family! This house needs some maintenance work for sure all of the gutters are full of pine straw and they have sugar ants and carpenter ants i would nip that in the bud asap! The inside really needs some updating new frying pans ( non stick this is 2017) if your house sleeps 12 you should have 12 coffee cups not 4 also you need a garbage can for the kitchen. The ceiling fans are very outdated they make a lot of noise you may want to update them. You also need to trim the limbs on your trees they get in the way! It would benefit the renters in the future if you were to cut some trees down so the pool could get some sun the water was 62 degrees freezing that's ridiculous for September! Other than that all was good this house really needs some TLC and UPDATING it's 2017 not 1987! I will not rent this house again unless you fix the things I suggested . Please do not respond that we should have called maintenance or house keeping to come fix our issues! That is your job to make sure all of this done before we arrive for our Vacation! We make sure you are paid in advanced before our arrival. We should not have to deal with any issues you all make enough money to hire the correct people to maintain your rental houses!!!!!!!!

WE STAYED AT 300 OCEAN MILE, UNIT K-11. THE COMPLEX WAS AWESOME, LOVED THE LOCATION, POOL AND THE GROUNDS WERE BEAUTIFUL. HOWEVER WE ORIGINALLY BOOKED A DIFFERENT UNIT AND THEN WERE CONTACTED LATER THAT IT WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE SO I PICKED UNIT K-11. YOU COULD TELL BY THE PICTURES THAT IT WAS OUT DATED AND NEEDED SOME NEW FURNISHINGS BUT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE UNIT WAS SEVERELY DISAPPOINTING. THE PROPERTY MANAGERS ARE RECEIVING A FEE TO MANAGE THIS PROPERTY AND ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB, DON'T KNOW IF I WILL EVER RENT ANYTHING FROM RESORT VACATION PROPERTIES AGAIN AND WE GO TO THIS AREA EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS

You could not ask for a better rental company to book your stay. They have a large selection of properties and many of them are thankfully pet friendly. We have used Resort for over 20 years now so that says a lot. We love staying at Paradise Falls because we are seniors and this property is equipped with a elevator for us old folks. This property has always been clean and ready for our arrival. And if you should ever have a maintenance problem during your stay Resort is on top of it. We would not consider renting elsewhere. Our rating is a definate 5 stars!!

Sooner the Better.great location in the Plantation, house was much better equipped than I expected.kitchen was awesome! Maintenance delivered 20lbs of ice daily because the ice maker had broken the day before we checked in while waiting on the part to come in. Very good of them! Then all of my belongings had been left behind on the top floor and discovered by housekeeping. 3 hours later I received a call from them and everything is being mailed to me today. I appreciate their honesty and integrity! House was 30 seconds to beach walk with views of beach and ocean, even though we weren't beach front. Nice pool in front yard. My only complaint was the pool service.pool was filthy when we arrived and we requested pool service the day after a storm dumped even more debris in and around pool area. The day before we checked out a guy came out, checked water for chemicals and left. I felt bad for the next family arriving! Rental company was great, housekeeping and maintenance too! 6 adults and 4 kids..great 5br house! I'm very happy to give them a 5⭐️ Rating!

Our family had a great vacation on St. George Island. We stayed at One Charleston Place C in early June 2017. We found the unit clean and well-maintained with all amenities as described. Our family of six was very comfortable with plenty of room to sleep and dine-in comfortably. The view from our unit was beautiful.just as pictured. Our check-in/check-out process was very easy with the automated keypad. We utilized the beach rental equipment provided by Vay K Rental that was included with our rental. It was delivered as promised and in good working order. The property is centrally located making it easy to walk to local attractions, including the St. George Lighthouse and nearby playground. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return with our family for another memorable vacation.

After more than 25 years of renting at 300 Ocean Mile, I can honestly say that I've now stayed in the worst condo ever! Condo I-5 should be removed from the rental market until it is properly up graded, cleaned, inventoried and more.
Upon arrival on July 2 - we found the unit without an operating AC. Maintenance showed up at 9:30 - and put a band aid on the situation - a leaky, old and broken unit - rusted inside and out. One issue resolved.

Over the next 24 hours, we learned the real issues weren't over.
The paint is falling off various large spots, cracks in the wall.
Screen door broken. Glass sliding door doesn't seal.
    Windows were filthy.
Utensils in a very dirty drawer - hair in the drawer.
No rugs on a tile floor - nothing to clean feet when entering the condo.
    Bulbs burned out.
    Not enough dishes.
Broken kitchen tools left in the drawers.
Dirty shelves where dishes are placed.
Cigarette butts on back deck - and at foot of steps entering condo.
    Fireplace inoperable - note says it's a fire hazard. Don't need in summer - but if it's a hazard, it's a hazard.
Nails sticking up on back deck.
    Deck furniture dirty.
    Outdoor shower broken.
3 TVs that are so small you have to move the furniture close to see the screen.. Probably an 18"
Carpet in master in very bad shape.
Appears to be mold in the downstairs bathroom - inside cabinets.

This is most - but not all the issues. I don't like to provide only bad news, but honestly - I can't find a positive thing to say about this condo. I've rented for years and have had some issues - but never ever this bad.

We paid just shy of $3K for the week + one day. RVP credited us 10% - and we are appreciative - but in all honestly - this condo should not have been rented out at all. I have camped better and had better accommodations while camping than what I experienced in I-5!

Jamie at RVP was very nice and apologetic. We should have demanded to be moved, but it was a holiday weekend and we had spent 3 hours unloading and getting things into the condo upon arrival and did not realize the extent of the poor conditions until a few hours later.

    July 11 - 2016 - Update:

After a wonderful vacation on the beach with family and friends, I will close out this post about the condo at 300 Ocean Mile along with the RVP responses.

    - unfortunately, things didn't get better in the condo - with a complete breakdown of plumbing in the kitchendishwasher overflowed and sinks stopped up. Plumbing is not considerate an emergency - so we had to wait until the following morning. The plumbers did arrive in a timely fashion and after nearly 2 hours were able to remedy the situation. Just a bad bad build up they said in the pipes (one of which they removed in order to use some kind of machine to clear the line). I'm sure people put lots of things in the disposal and such - which is not good. Yet, a bi-monthly treatment in the drains might help. Plumber said good old fashioned bleach after each rental is good.

RVP did respond very quickly, were very professional and did respond with a very kind gesture.

Will I rent again? Yes, of course - I come there at least once per year - but I will do a more thorough job myself of making sure that maintenance has done their job, the inspectors have been there and checked everything out - from lights, to inventory of the items in the kitchen, etc.

I think these are always learning lessons for the property management companies and also the owners. Thank you RVP for responding appropriately when these issues occurred I trust that I-5 will see big changes so that future "tenants" do not have any issues.

Thank you so much for helping us fall in love with St. George. First time visitors and will be back. Such a pleasure to work with Resort Vacations, they could not of made anything more simple. The house was spotlessly clean, great location and truly had every item you could possibly need.other than a hairdryer, but I was on vacation so who needed to spend time drying.just go for walk! Thanks so much. 5 stars all around.
