So far not a good impression. First Marriott property that has not greeted me as a Gold member in 10 years let alone offering a room upgrade. Front desk person not very friendly or at all friendly. In room it looks like someone spilled crazy glue on the desk. Will definitely be responding to the email survey for this property.

Wonderful hotel! The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is a huge bonus.

Best hotel rates and service in Miami! We had an unexpected layover and the staff at Springhill were more than accommodating by driving us to a restaurant, allowing a late check out and welcoming us to stay on the property to kill time before we caught a late flight out the next day. Plus, they had a fantastic breakfast and 24/7 REAL coffee (not the watered down stuff!) We truly appreciate the flexibility they gave us and will definitely be choosing this hotel in the future.

Fair to middling business hotel. Clean and adequate. 24 hr free coffee and iced lemon water in the lobby, full bar with a basic food menu. Food offered on that menu should only be considered if you're too exhausted to take an Uber into the city for a real meal. I was that exhausted, ordered some food and I'll spare you the details. No espresso based coffee/ cafe Cubano available at all which is criminal in this day and age (esp in a ~$180 a night hotel) but the friendly bartender assured it was coming soon.
Complimentary airport shuttle schedule is a mere suggestion so if you need to get to the airport (25+ minutes in AM traffic), get to the front desk 10 minutes early and start pestering so they call the driver to get him there. Traffic apparently worsens exponentially after 8:30.
Free breakfast buffet is similarly an "only if no other option exists" choice. Powdered eggs and soggy potatoes, make your own Belgian waffle, etc.
For only $10 more a night you can stay at the real Marriott up the street, which I'll be doing on my next business trip to MIA.

Nice hotel many things close by. Room cleaning needs work and very poor wireless in the room. But not bad in the lobby.

I stayed here a few days before Irma went through. The staff was great under the pressure. Nice contemporary style and clean comfortable rooms. Modern design and fresh.

Stayed for short period of time, its OK. Comfy stay, i'd say. Just few things needs attention- AC + mini fridge; fridge wasn't working in our room. It is plugged but not cooling.. Too tired to call, just needed to lay down. Location is perfect for our conference. Rested, that's all that matters. Thank you.

The property is on a relatively quiet street and very close to the airport but no aircraft noise and no noisy interstate traffic. Located on a lake with guest rooms on upper floors on the southside of the bldg. having a great view. Good complimentary breakfast with large breakfast room and abundant seating. Fresh new construction and suite rooms are large and well appointed with big screen TV, sitting room, mini frig, microwave, couch with ottoman. Pleasant, helpful staff, too.

Night manager was very nice and accomodating when we arrived at 1am (late flight in), and we were offered free late checkout (2pm), since our vacation rental on Miami beach for the following day had a 3pm check-in time. The breakfast was great, and free of charge. There is also a little selection of frozen meals and snacks you can purchase as well.

Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. Everything you expect from a hotel. If I were to be picky, I'd suggest more vegetarian/healthy foods for breakfast but it was good for meat eaters! Would definitely stay there again.
