One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in! Amazing views, complimentary biking service, amazing staff, beautiful pool and rooms! This hotel is in an amazing location, it is literally right on Miracle Mile which is a great place to wander, shop, and dine! They do offer the free bike rentals, just check them out at the Concierge desk. If you don't want to walk around, or bike around, download the "Freebee" app, it is a free transport service, and you'll see them all over Coral Gables. There is also a Game room!!! It has a pool table, if I do remember correctly, a large TV, and a few other things. Overall, based on Location, Luxury, and overall Atmosphere, I would DEFINITELY rate this place an easy 5 stars.

Also, thank you to whoever runs their Instagram account for liking my photo that I tagged the hotel in! 😂

Recently renovated, the rooms here are very nice. Spacious and finished with modern touches. They replaced the traditional tiny bottles of toiletries with dispensers, which is a nice touch. The first floor is an event space, which can be a bit raucous, but the noise doesn't transfer to the guest rooms. Great location!

Very good for the price I paid. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The hallway is kind of crazy long but I guess is because I got the very last room. Don't know about the food at the hotel, but the options you have walking distance are infinite. Excellent location.

When making our reservation roughly 3 months in advance I had requested an early check in. I was assured at the time that would not be a problem. Upon arrival the front desk was rude and barely acknowledged we were there. Of course our room was NOT ready! We were told about 45 min yet, so we went to lunch. 3 hours later it was ready to check in!! We were travelling with our children from Wisconsin and were ready to relax after our 4 hour flight. Our room was overall nice but not 4 stars..3 at best! We stayed in the family loft. Even with the extra space the room was cramped. The king bed was comfortable; however the pull out sofa was not. You could literally feel ALL the springs. The proximity to restaurants was great. We did enjoy the pool and small gym during our stay. Costumer service overall is lacking and rude!

Let me start by saying it is easy to park and get into this hotel, which is not true for most of the hotels in this part of town. I found the staff to be very eager to help point one on your way so it was easy for me to get to the meeting spaces where I was going to be sitting for 3 days. The food was also pretty good. They served us snacks between breakfast and lunch and I thought breakfast was actually the best meal of the day. They were quick to move us indoors because the weather in Miami turn bad and it seems pretty seamless from the hotel's perspective. The one star that I would take off is because everywhere I went on this property it was extremely cold. It was so cold that when I made myself a hot tea the cup was cooled off before I was 15 minutes into a presentation. In my personal opinion the highlight of this property is the game room. I won't say anything more about it because you simply have to check it out to see it for yourself.

Very expensive making you believe it's luxurious but they don't provide many basic services. No complimentary internet is the big and I had a room that is located near the pool in a higher level and could hear all the noise from the pool as if my windows were open. Very poorly insulated rooms.

Stayed in an executive room with a loft above the room, there's a small spiral staircase to get up. The sofa bed in the loft wasn't the most comfortable but it had its own bathroom. Definitely good for a few people sharing although.

Beautiful wedding venue and I absolutely love the style and look of this hotel. It's also located in a great place and the staff is very nice. I love the fact that they have a game room and as soon as you walk in to the left on the second floor there's a bar. The rooms are very pretty and the whole design of the building is absolutely stunning.

First time here and the hotel's staff is AMAZING! The Valet team really rocks! Same for Housekeeping. We stayed here for 12 nights so got to meet most of them more on a personal level. Our son got very sick and we actually ended up been in ER twice. They were SO accommodating to us, from changing our room so our son could have more space to walk (originally booked an executive 2 floor room), housekeeping would show up in less than 5 minutes after called and the Valetthey were daily asking how my son was doing and even one of them told us where the children's hospital was when we needed to rush to ER. For someone who worked in the hospitality industry for years, I can't stress enough that a hotel stay experience is based on the staff, yes the decor, cleanliness and ambiance were matched but the staff took it to the next level. Will recommend and will be back for sure!

The hotel has been recently updated and it's the perfect place for my wedding hotel room block. The groom and I will be both getting ready in our own rooms and our families and friends are also staying at the hotel. We are so excited as the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

The decor of the place was fantastic with tasteful furnishing and eye catching interiors!
My only complaint is there is no free parking but it also has to do with the location as there is not enough open space for parking. The hospitality staff was great - I was not getting hot water in the shower and the maintenance person was very prompt. They have a game room which is a nice cozy place to hang out. The pool side area is quaint and after sunset the dim lights add to the beauty.
