The room was clean, modern and spacious. The large tv was a nice touch and the bed was very comfortable. The beds could have had more blankets as I found it a tad chilly with only thin sheets covering me.

Beautiful facility!! Excellent service! However my meeting room wasn't set up properly upon arrival. All my necessary tables except for the students'places were missing. Ramon did a fabulous job correcting the error. Frederic was especially helpful as well when i accidentally left behind an important item.

One of the best hotels I have been in. I came for surgery and it offered the comfort I was looking for. Also, Hyatt has A LOT of dining options and every option is really tasty. Nonetheless, those come at a high price, which in my opinion can be made more affordable. Aside from this, very nice hotel, with empathic staff and great service.

We were actually quite dissapointed after staying at this hotel.
There were a lot of disturbed nights with various maintenance noises/banging and functions. This made for a bad nights sleep.
The pool was a fantastic temperature which made it lovely to swim in - however we were told we could order food and drink around the pool but we only saw a member of staff once in the whole 8 days we were here. When we asked if we could order drinks at the pool we were informed the member of staff was not scheduled for that day. ??????
There was broken glass all around the pool and with children that was quite a worry. Even though we asked for this to be cleaned up, it didn't get done so we ended up picking it up ourselves.
Also there were often no clean towels left by the pool and the water dispenser was always empty.
The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping did a great job of looking after us.
Breakfast staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for us which was lovely.
All in all we were a little dissapointed as this was meant to be a holiday for us. I don't think I could recommend this to friends and family.response / report this review -

I have been going to the Hyatt for the last 3 months for a professional event with my B and I group I'm happy to say that the hotel keeps the highest standard for us and our group very early in the morning. We love this hotel venue and will never consider changing.

Beautiful building, well appointed lobby. Parking was easy. My first room was a little of smelling and they changed me right away to a room that didn't. Service is top notch. Bed is comfortable, shower was clean. My room overlooked the pool with a balcony. I WILL stay there again.

Never felt so disrespected. Worse bar experience ever.
The hotel is great and the employees that take care of you for breakfast are amazing. But DO NOT SIT AT THE BAR. The manager has no clue of how to conduct clients services and is SUPER rude. I have never been treated so bad at any restaurant or bar like I have been at this place.
There are ways and ways to handle things and irony and disrespect are definitely out of question when talking about treating a client.response / report this review -

The hotel staff us very knowledgeable about its surroundings, clean pool, and the fitness center is a fair size for a hotel. May need some updated equipment. The rooms are clean and spacious. The valet needs some attention and seems to be understaffed.

Went there for a BNI meeting and the food was okay. I expected more from the Hyatt. Also the valet took forever to get my car. They are currently in a high construction areanot sure if this may have caused the issue. The Hotel is located in the heart of Coral Gables. The location is second to none if you want to go site seeing in Miami.

Clean, good hotel for all types of people. Families, singles etc. The food here is decent . What I didn't like was the 25$ per night parking charge but I guess it's expected for this area.
