Only knock against this place is parking isn't free. Everything else from customer service to the continental breakfast we're perfect. We'll definitely be back.

0 stars would be more appropriate. The beds are AWFUL. The sheets weren't clean looking. The towels are like sand paper. There was dirt on the wall. To top it off the guest services worker led to my face about the breakfast I was overcharged for, first saying it was only cold breakfast. Then changing her story to say of was a tip, 18% for a buffet, for two people in our party!

Horrible customer service by management. we stayed 2 nights but scheduled and prepaid for 3 nights. LOUD construction right next door to the hotel and there was a what could have been a fight maybe? in the room next door to us the first night. We had the kids with us so all they heard was curse words and loud banging noises after us being awake at that point for over 20 hours of travel. The 4 of us somehow slept on a sofa sleeper to try to get away from the loud noise next door. we had 0 sleep the first night & managment apologized and offered the kids ice cream? we left a day early due to the constant loud noise very early morning the next day and the disturbing noises in the next room to us the 1st day. WORST experience ever for us. IF YOU WANT REST and DECENT SERVICE STAY ELSEWHERE. WHAT THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU IS THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION IN THE BUILDING RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO HOTEL AND THEY START BY 7AM IN THE MORNING. EMAILED MANAGEMENT and have yet to hear from anyone.

Great room, great service. Things are tailored to make your experience more comfortable and more convenient. Microwave and ice machine on our floor. French doors segregating king bed and lounge.

I'm a Marriott rewards member and this Marriott does not stand with the many I've stayed at. They do not have a shuttle anymore, sad.The one and only breakfast I had was overpriced and food not good, sadder. The pool is heated only to 75°. My room was nice, hard to regulate the AC and heat. $2. To wash a load of laundry and $2. To dry. Other than that, not too bad.

I rarely stay at Marriott's. This was simply because of a training function hosted here. In my opinion, it's seems like the company invests most of their money into the lobby area to give you a great first impression. Our room had a pill on the floor which luckily we discovered right away and not one of our young children. There was also a cockroach in the room. The pool was pretty dirty as well.

All suite hotel which is nice. Buffet breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Note that parking is $27/day with in/out privileges. South coast plaza is a mile away with high end shopping and lots of dining options.

Beautiful hotel. Nice pool area. Wish the fire pits had been working. Also I understand paying for parking just wish there was a heads up or a selection to pay when we booked the room. The price seems a little steep as we are staying in the hotel. All in all great hotel.

They put m in a fumigated room with a horrible smell they claimed was "air freshener"
when I was ready o get the hell out because the smell was unbearable, they showed me another room that had no "air freshener" "smell but I found out soon enough was infested with fleas and other flying bugs.

Management is more suitable to run a cheap motel under a bridge somewhere. They are shockingly and dangerously irresponsible

Very nice staff. Had an issue with my room, the bed was too small (twin). They promptly changed my room to one with a king size, even though the hotel w booked. The only issue is if you have a car, parking is $27 a night.

This was a beautiful hotel - the room was roomy and the décor is fantastic. The huge jacuzzi tube was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful and took care of my many requests. I would definitely stay her again.

This hotel was given to us by a friend as a anniversary gift. When we arrived a valet parked our car for us; so nice! Then upon checking in we were checked in fast and up to our room we went. There was a nice handwritten note on the desk with a little Welcome message from housekeeping. The room itself was nice. Bed was soft, bathroom was sparkling clean. About 15 min after our arrival there was a knock on the door with a delivery of complimentary strawberries with chocolate & caramel dip, chopped walnuts and shredded white chocolate.
When we arrived back from our dinner, they had turned down the bed and left some roses on our pillows. robes and slippers waiting for us along with the radio set to the LOVE channel. It was a nice surprise.
