Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is good. The lobby is under renovation during the day though, so make sure you request a room on a high floor that's away from the elevators.

Awesome place to stay. Staff is always so friendly and eager to help whatever your needs are. The breakfast is Awesome here Such a wide variety to choose from.

Service is great, everyone is really friendly! It's clean, but I've been to nicer Marriott's as well. I think if they switch the lights to yellow lights, it would seem less like a hospital

The hotel and service we're great. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is that the amenities in the room seem dated, particularly the bathroom. I would recommend to others as it is a good value.

The only reason I'm giving this establishment four stars instead of five is that they seem to cater to a bit of a juvenile delinquent crowd. The guy at the front desk was great. He even threw in some complimentary snacks because we had to wait for a few. The room was nice, and clean. However, some juvenile delinquents knocked on our door twice and ran away. I'm sorry, but that DOES reflect on the establishment. When I called down to the office, they (not the same guy as my check-in) should have been able to review the footage and kick the people responsible for that trash out of the hotel. Had it not been for that, I believe this is a five star establishment.

Nice crew, very helpful and cordial. They are updating the property, but I wish they wouldn't. It will lose it's charm. Not to mention replacing the bathtubs with those lousy showers.

Older hotel but still very nice. Great staff, very friendly. Only real drawback, the northern rooms face the hotel parking lot, with these unshielded, huge, mercury-vapor lamps that light up the room around the blackout shades.

Hotel is outdated but ok. The customer service is excellent though!!! If they were to renovate the hotel to match their great customer service, this would probably be one of the best hotels in the area. I saw previous reviews mentioning Joshua and he was awesome! All the other staff I can in contact with was just as great!

Great service at the front desk! Rooms are a tad dated. Bedding not plush, but not tgin like in motels. Big rooms, so great for kids.

OUTSTANDING!!! unmatched customer service, the room was clean and nice. The hotel felt like home. We travelled from CA to Dallas for a football tournament and all of the players and their parents LOVED the hotel and the staff.Cassandra and all of the other staff were so very welcoming If we ever play again at AT&T stadium we are staying there..

This place was great. At first I was a little bummed because this location wasn't as nice as others I had stayed at. They completely made up for that with the excellent customer service! Everyone was so friendly and prompt despite being over run by families with tons of children. This location is right next to six flags so that was to be expected in the summertime. The complementary breakfast was fresh, tasty, and sanitary! We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. My room had a small kitchenette and a couch. The staff were very personable and friendly. The complimentary continental breakfast offered eggs and bacon, as well as all the other standard offerings. The hotel was for the most part quiet, but I had a few interruptions to my sleep very early AM over my few day stay, the train, garbage truck, and once with other guests outside.
