Outstanding staff. The staff is very very responsive to any concern. Quality accommodations. Free breakfast and light dinner. We are coming back and leaving the other hotel we have used for years.

The staff are always friendly, courteous, accomodating and helpful. Spent 3 months here. The breakfast is always on time, and they have a "light dinner" with free wine and beer in the evenings M-Th. Practically next door is Jason's Deli, with free delivery to this hotel, and Torchy's tacos. Salad bar at Jason's is very good. I give this place 4.5 stars.

We go for a doctor opponent every month or so and every time we get the BEST service! And I like how the made the pull-out bed couch thing a foam bed. And the food! I love the food.

I attended a bridal shower here. Everything is very pretty and sophisticated. I did not stay the night, but the room they rented was right near the lobby. The venue was perfect for a bridal shower.

Location was good, not sure what's going on with the hotel. One elevator stopped working while we were there, and the other hasn't worked in months according to an employee. 3rd floor ice machine was emitting some sort of silver flakes into the ice we got - they shut the machine down after I pointed that out. Staff was accommodating though.

Very nice hotel, provides for long stays with refrigerator, stove and dishes. Quiet and peaceful. Has free breakfast and different dinner each night. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to restaurants and downtown entertainment.

I may have had an unusually exceptional experience, but I really enjoyed my stay. Since they were unable to give us the room we booked, they ended up giving us a second room for free! The room was spacious, clean, and had a decently equipped kitchen. I wouldn't mind staying here for a few weeks, but I would probably want a place with an even more stocked kitchen if I had to stay longer. There simply weren't enough pots and pans.

This is GREAT hotel! Nice sized rooms, same type of appliances you'd have at home. Complimentary full sized breakfast and evening social with beer and wine. Relax poolside while the kids play putt putt and a small green. Hotel was busy but walls are solid, you can't hear anyone else in other rooms or halls. Friendly staff, homey atmosphere. I'm here on business but would come back for personal trip and stay here.

Went to check out a hotel room and the amenities for a convention I'm staying at in the new few months, the staff was friendly and though it was busy they were nice about it. Checked out two different rooms, it's fairly roomy and nicely put together. It's well worth the price, they have a pool and the grilling area is open almost all day. They also have a wide lounge area if you want to chill instead of being cooped in your rooms

We've been staying here since it opened. The front desk employees are why we keep going back. Always very welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They know and understand our needs. I have family and friends staying there anytime they are visiting the area.
The rooms are always nice and clean. Very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast, 7 days a week and dinner, Mon. thru Thurs. The kitchen staff is wonderful! Can't say enough about how wonderful they are.
The main issue is the housekeeping staff, which needs a bit more training, be more aware. All in all. It's a great stay.
