The room was spacious with a comfy bed that was very comfortable. The check in process was so pleasing too. I'll to stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls are paper thin. A couple across the hall was fighting all night & you could hear every word they said. After I got up at 3:30 a.m. because of the noise, I took a shower & found out that there was no blow dryer in the room. I called the front desk to see if I could get a blow dryer & there was no answer. I left with wet hair. When I exited through the lobby, there still no one at the front desk. The parking lot is TINY & there are not enough spaces available. I will DEFINITELY never stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at this Holiday in last night 4/11/18 and checked out this morning 4/12/18. First thing we noticed pulling in was there was very little parking and that people had literally parked wherever they wanted. When we entered we could appreciate the fact that there was construction being done and that didn't bother us. Upon entering the room we noticed that there was lots of candy and crumbs on the floor (gross). But seeing as we had been driving consistently from Maine the last few days we weee absolutely exhausted. Head to bed and absolutely horrible. The beds were on the worst frames. Even the smallest movement and the squeaking would wake us up. Seeing as we were staying in a queen suite we moved to the other bed and it was worse. So what we were hoping to be a very restful night actually turned out to be a very restless night. Not sure how this particular hotel has the high score it does, because by far this was the worst hotel we have stayed in. My advice to management is make sure your housekeeping is thoroughly cleaning and vacuuming the rooms.. and make sure to not use half assed bed frames. Very, very disappointed.

Very nice hotel, had a nice indoor pool and lovely eating area. The room was great, bed was comfy and had a Keurig in the room with coffee pods. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable of the local area. I arrived late at night and the staff was attentive. The woman was genuine with conversation and the room was great. I had to extend my stay one more night and the staff again was very accommodating. I am an IHG Member so I use HI Express often and this has to be one of the best ones!!

In Arlington, Tx. For our daughters' wedding, we were woken by a housekeeper on the 3rd. Morning of our 4 day stay, and told we had to get out NOW. apparently the night clerk that had checked us in, had put in the wrong check out date. We were pre-regestered and pre paid, but they had already given our room to someone else, and said they were full. No refund, no apology nothing. We will never go there again.

Loved the hotel. We stayed one to take my granddaughter swimming we had a great time. We had a king suite. Very clean and comfortable. My granddaughter stay on the sofa sleeper. They had free breakfast. It was OK for free. We will stay again.

I stay here when visiting family in the area. Rooms are huge and always clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfast in the morning has a lot of options. Near the freeway but not too noisy (especially if you face the back) no complaints!
