Just stayed a night. Some remodeling was going on but still the stay was comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area was well organized and looked elegant.

I come to this area often for work, and this hotel has average customer service. I will not be staying here again. I had a silver pair of earrings go missing from my room. I reported to both the front desk and the housekeeping staff, but never heard anything from the hotel.

Super nice and friendly staff. Very clean. The beds and pillows are beyond comfortable. The rooms are very well out together and decorated and the bathroom design is the best it makes you feel like your in a mansion. 10 out of 10 would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I'm kind of on the fence about this place. I stayed here last weekend for 4 days and 3 nights. My roommate and I brought a TON of food, and I requested an in-room refrigerator in advance. When I got there, they told me that all the rooms with refrigerators were taken. Where was I going to put all of our food? Fortunately, they let us store our food in the refrigerator in their kitchen overnight. It stopped our late night snacking [because of the inconvenience], but at least we were able to store our food I guess. The next day, DJ [the receptionist] upgraded us to a suite for our troubles. That room was GREAT. The hotel DEFINITELY needs some upgrading, but I hear they are under renovation. So, maybe next time the rooms will be more modern and I will get a refrigerator on first check-in.

The room we stayed in had a constant leak in the shower and there was mold around every caulking area inside the bathroom. The AC consistently blew air with a lot of moisture in it into the room which caused all of our belongings to be saturated in the morning. Wants to be a five star from the exterior but once you get into the rooms they look like they are 20 years old.

We have stayed at other Hamptons and was VERY disappointed in this one. We arrived late and was given a suite which wasn't clean. The carpet was dirty and worn, the refrigerator made a loud noise when shutting off, there were bugs in the large kitchen florescent light cover. Peanuts were under the bedroom air conditioner and between the kitchen table and wall. After finding a spider crawling across the bathroom floor I complained to the front desk. They did a "deep" clean and still didn't do a very good job. The coffee table stool in the living room was covered with bugs before and even after the cleaning. Window in living room was dirty and the bedroom curtains were also covered with nasty spots. Asked if all rooms were as bad as ours and was told they planned to do an upgrade end of the year. We booked a month early so we couldn't get refund or cancellation on the room. Not a happy camper!

Room is spacious and clean. Staff are amazing. Great shower and water pressure. Breakfast is on par with others, though we can't eat much there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The pool area is also clean and an easy way to spend the afternoon. The coffee and tea were delicious. I would not hesitate to stay here if I find myself back in Fort Worth area.
