The hotel was a perfect location getting to and from the airport using their shuttle service. My room was spacious and spotless. The only drawback was that my room was on the side next to the freeway which was quite noisy and kept me from getting a good night's rest.

I am a regular here when I am in DFW. Always a nice place to stay. Mrs Payten at the front desk is very very nice and she is always very helpful. She is a professional and seems to love helping people. Excellent customer service is important after a day of traveling. Thank you Payten.

Since the hotel has been barely opened for 5 years, the rooms are extremely clean. The hallways and rooms have high ceilings and a decent suite. Each and every room has beautiful decor. The pool and weight room were a little too small. But there was a basketball court outside, which is a plus. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel, there was scrambled eggs for whites and mixed. There were various choices for breakfast. Really glad I chose to stay here.

Excellent staff and customer service. We stayed the night before leaving for a week on vacation, were given a 7 day pass for our vehicle. Realized on the way to the airport at 3 am that we left our camera in the room. James, our shuttle driver, rushed back to get the camera and brought it to our terminal. Above and beyond is what this place is about. Great location, clean rooms, nicely decorated. Will be back. Thanks!!

A great place to stay if you need to be near the airport. The staff is so welcoming and they go out of their way to make you feel important. They learn your name and they're very personable. From the person who answered the phone for the airport van who gave very specific directions on where to be picked up to the front desk who made sure I had everything I needed and knew what was available at this facility. I've stayed at a Lot of hotels ( I'm a flight attendant) and this is by far one of the best!

One of the top Residence Inns I've visited. The staff works hard to make sure everything is right and it is an excellent level of service.

I wish they had better yogurt choices at breakfast but other than that no complaints

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We needed a place to stay for 3 weeks but due to the bad customer service, rude employees we had to check out early. From not making the bed because of hotel hangers on top of it, to closing the breakfast bar 15 minutes early because they were trying to save food for the employees to eat, we saw it all in the week we were there! The first time we stayed for 2 weeks while our house was being renovated but this time, two years later, same Need worst mistake/ hotel choice we ever made! My last straw was the tick bites me and my family suffered to employees passing by the room to spray perfume before they left for the day evidenced by my nanny cam! Save your time and energy book elsewhere, there are nice options in the area. Not to forget they always serve the same thing every morning, after your 3rd day you will be forced to buy breakfast elsewhere because you will be tired of the same eggs and turkey sausage breakfast

I stayed here for a couple of weeks in the middle of March . What a great stay I had . Room was fantastic , staff was absolutely AMAZING !!! Matthew , Jody , Ivan , Jorge and the rest of the crew was top notch !!! Next time I'm in Dallas I'll stay there again for sure !! Can't say enough about them and will definitely recommend them to anybody staying in the Dallas area . Keep up the great work and thanks for everything !!! Scott Taylor

This is one of the nicest hotels I've been at hands down. The service is excellent from the host to all the service staff. Stalwart efforts and fast, friendly service. I simply cannot say enough.
