The owner is a sexist pig who hates animals and has every excuse in the book for not allowing emotional support animals if you are traveling with ESA or service animal DON'T COME HERE your pet will not be safe here EDIT: Owner response is half A and is no excuse for his poor attitude and talking down to a woman on the phone with a voice tone that says he enjoyed it (He was laughing happily under his breath the entire time) for which I called corporate about! I talked to another hotel that I booked instead about this mans poor attitude and they said he has been unprofessional towards their business. so not only does he talk down to women over the phone and hates animals. He is harassing other hotels in the area, don't know how the guy still has his job. Blaming customers for your bad attitude is bad customer service by it self. If you read other unhappy reviews you will notice blaming the customer for 1 thing or another is a habit for management here would you trust a liar with your pets safety?

Comfortable hotel with simple rooms. Check-in was a breeze and lady at desk was sweet. Rooms are also pretty clean and well taken care of.

Comfortable quite sleep. Great for the price. Rooms did have some cosmetic issues vut nothing that would cause a problem. The clerk (Grucci) was great and made the stay enjoyable

The bed is heavenly. I slept like a baby. Unlike a lot of other hotels, this one had by breakfast with lots of choices for gluten free and dairy free diets. My only complaint is the hot water in the shower was warm, at best. Got out and was cold. I did tell the front desk about it, they said they would send someone up to address it. I have one more night stay so let's hope I get a hot shower tomorrow!

This Comfort Inn provided to be a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was great. The room we stayed in happened to have some issues that happened during the night. When we woke in the morning we noticed that there had been a water leak from another floor. They moved us to another room and we're working on the problem right away. I would come back to this place for sure.

It was just OK. I've worked on alot of these types of hotels and have never seen doors to the rooms cut so short I can stick my fingers in the room from above. I also had to return there 2 piece alarm clock so it wasn't on me, they probably allowed that to be in the room for god knows how long and how many poor soles were charged for it. The breakfast is free but I'd really consider walking outside to the many places close by over taking that chance. But they do keep it fairly clean overall and hospitality is definitely there.

Spacious, clean rooms. I appreciate that they have a microwave and a refrigerator! King size bed is comfortable. No complaints so far! Staying till Monday.

My overnight stay turned into an overnight nightmare. I'm afraid to even go to sleep! Whole watching tv out the corner of my eye I see something about the size of my thumb crawling towards the curtains! I freak out but can't find it at first. After settling back down and trying to relax I saw it again on the door separating two rooms!!! I flip out and my boyfriend goes to kill it to come to find out it was a big ass roach!!! Don't stay here, it's unsanitary and I'm freaked out for the night! Never again!

The location was great for what we needed. It was accessible to shopping next door and restaurants. And it was not too far from the city. The room was baby friendly for the most part but was a little musky and needed air freshner.

Very quiet and allergy-free!
We needed to get away as a couple while work was being done on our home, so this was our first visit. Michael at the front desk welcomed us with a smile and gentle demeanor.
Once we walked into the room it was like a breath of fresh air! We have allergies so this was like an cooling Oasis for us.
Only thing with me being TooPicky is that the bathroom could have used a bit more scrubbing. It kind of smelled of urine to me and the tub did not appear clean enough for my taste. But I can tend to be a bit picky.
Otherwise, beautiful room, allergy-free and all rooms smoke free for folks like us. Very, very quiet and soothing.
Restaurants literally within walking distance of a few steps and shopping nearby as well. We plan to return in the near future.response / report this review -

We were told our separate reservations for consecutive nights would combine and we would not have to move rooms. We ended up having to change rooms, but the day shift employee that told us we'd need to move was awesome at getting us moved quickly. this is our third year staying here and we haven't had a bad time yet!
