  This is a 5 star condo. Clean like its brand new. They took the carpet in the living room up and played vynal flooring. Looks great.

  I'm very impressed and extremely comfortable. I rented through Vacasa Florida and the condo I'm staying here is well furnished and clean. I would recommend without reservation. The only problem I had is that the door code wouldnt work. A quick phone call rectified the situation. It took two phone calls but the second call the attendant handled it immediately.

  We loved staying here for our trip! The view from our balcony was amazing. Having Starbucks, an ice cream shop, and the bar on site was great. The resort as a whole was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a few rude employees who definitely need to be out of the customer service industry plus the elevators were more hassle than they were worth most of the time.

  We did not stay at the resort but we did rent a house on Evergreen St in Panama City Beach Florida thru Emerald Beach rentals and it was AMAZING. They had everything there that we need to accommodate our toddlers, teenagers and dogs. It was very clean and well maintained. We have a big family and I was pleased that they emptied the trash can outside for us so it didn't over flow. We will definitely visit there again and rent from them as well. Did I mention it was only like a block from the beach?! 😁😁😁😁

  Absolutely amazing!!! Staff very helpful! I'm a bit of a ditz so I was lost the first half of the day. A lady from the lobby helped navigate me around. Then any questions I had the staff were more than willing to help. The condo was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing! I will be coming back!

  This is an wonderful beachfront condo to stay in Panama City Beach. Our unit was great, featuring a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop, and a microwave. There was also a private balcony for me and my husband. Cable TV and a DVD player was provided, and so was Internet access. Our room had a separate sitting area, as well as a phone with free local calls and voice mail.
  
  We were please to find that Emerald Beach has a spa tub, a bar/lounge, and a poolside bar! Another nice thing was shopping on site. They also have free self parking.
  
  Really quite nice. We recommend it to anyone travelling to PCB.
