Great views and decent beach access across the road out front. Would definitely suggest a foot bridge for those with small children and the elderly. Our son loved the heated pool and so did we. Parking was a breeze in the adjacent parking garage.

My wife's family owns a condo here. We've come down for fall break for over 15 years. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. We love the Redneck Riviera. White sand beaches, Emerald water, great restaurants. The Cabana Cafe in Ariel Dunes is excellent. Try the sashimi tuna.

Love it! My family have stayed here about three times. We tried others but keep coming back. The condo we had this time was wonderful! But i advise that you look over pictures before booking. We like the lakefront condos across from the beach.

I have stayed at the Majestic several times in the last few years and loved it. Each condo is individually owned and decorated. Some are updated and some not. The Majestic is part of Seascape development that has the golf course behind the buildings. I like working with Seascape Rental Management. They manage most of the condos in Majestic. They helped me find the perfect 2 bedroom unit that I bring my family to each year.

Stay here for a week and it was really beautiful and clean condo. Love the view of the beach from every condo you rent. love the pool also but the fitness room was outdated, small, and lack of equipment. There are lots of options like one bedroom, 2-bedroom condo for rent. Go for the 2-bedroom condo up high if you have big family and has better view of ocean. Beaches are just steps away across the road and they do have outdoor showers and garage parking. Great place for vacation.

Very nice and roomy place to stay with a beautiful view of the beach. Has all the comforts of home plus indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and easy access to the beach. Only reason did not rate it a five was there was a good bit of maintenance and construction going on which limited access to some areas. But wasn't really a big problem.

Perfect beach weekend. Condo roomy and clean. Only negative, maintenance crews were taping up elevators before check out time. They thought no one had been booked to leave Monday on the floors to be worked on.

Great location and awesome view. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our condo was on the 12 th floor and it was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Small outdoor pool with only 40 chairs that fill up fairly quickly. The hallways are open air, so no air conditioning and the elevators are always very warm.

Really nice place. Your experience may vary depending on which condo/room you get.
Nearly right on the beach. Pool with multiple showers to clean up before you head up to the room. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is a gift shop in the bottom of one of the buildings. Cabana cafe is on the other side of the complex. This is open until 2 and the food is good but we had some very long wait times.
Our place, seems like the guy wants to nickle and dime you for everything like getting makeup on the white hand towels will be a charge, not washing sand off of yourself and stuff before coming into the condo is a charge, they provide a small water bottle with detergent for your last load of laundry before you leave that says specifically for your last load and days do not use everyday. He also kept the nest thermostat at 82. After calling him he was very apologetic about the temperature and unlocked it remotely so we could adjust the temp to our liking.
