Denise Wright was wonderful at helping me and my group find the perfect location to have our Delta Gamma Reunion. We had members travel from different locations and every one of us were pleased with "About Time" beach house in Dune Allen. The house could not have been more perfect and Denise went above and beyond to make sure we had the most beautiful experience. Highly recommend Dune Allen Realty Vacation Rentals for any and all vacation rental plans. Our group has already decided to repeat our stay in the near future.

I booked a 5 bedroom house in Santa Rosa/Destin area for Labor Day weekend, got a phone call 2 days later that my reservation was cancelled due to someone renting the same house on another website. I check everyday to see how true it was and the house is still available, maybe karma have its way and the house won't get rented and the home owner would loose out over $1000 per day for cancelling our rental. We travel to Florida often and rather give our money to other rental companies

What a wonderful group of people at Dune Allen Realty.The folks are Top Shelf. From the day I looked at the house till the week of my vacation, they were with me step by step. I called and asked a lot of questions, it didn't bother them. They were very nice and answered each question. I rented Dune Dancer on Seaward Drive, what a great house. Location is perfect. We enjoyed the week so much that we booked again for next year.Thank you again Dune Allen Realty, see you again next year.

Initially I was very upset with this company because our house was booked out from under us because of a confusion through dates between staff and myself. I couldn't get the house to reserve through their website. They said no worries and I was told our property was reserved. When I called to pay the next day they had the wrong dates reserved and had just booked the house for our week that morning (partially both our faults, because I had inquired about 2 separate dates but when I spoke with her on the phone to tell her the website wasn't working I confirmed the correct dates). I was told that they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it and we would have to choose a different house or change the dates. We had 9 adults that had put in and had vacation time approved for the wrong dates. This employee was out of the office during the mix up so I couldn't even discuss with her. Nothing was offered for the trouble we went through to deal with this, I honestly don't even remember an apology on their end. This is a HUGE mistake in my eyes, some sort of discount off of their end of the services would have been a nice gesture to earn our business. We were unable to change our vacation time so had to settle for a different house. We were pursueded into this other house because they said it had 4 bathrooms (the other had 3) however upon check in, the house had 4 toilets, not 4 showers. It only had 2 showers. Which was annoying but we dealt with it just fine.

Other than the initial mix up, and the bathroom situation Dune Allen Realty was mostly friendly and worked well with us on our payment situation when our debit cards weren't allowing a large transaction out of state.

Overall our stay was great, but still disappointed about the initial mix ups. I
felt as if they knew their houses would get booked so they didn't NEED our business. We'll definitely return to Dune Allen Beach, and would use this company again if need be since they rent a ton of houses in the area.

Rented a home in October for a wedding weekend with friends. One of the people from the wedding posted on FB that there would be a party at this house and so more people than planned showed up for some fun on the beach and BBQ. When I called to try and resolve this on the phone, I spoke with Beth and she was very cold and short with me. When I asked if customer service was a part of their business model, she laughed and said "ok, I am going to hang up now." Even if I am in the wrong, this is not how a company should treat anyone.

We recently worked with one of the staff at Dune Allen Reality to rent one of their properties on our next trip to the Emerald Coast. She listened to what we were looking for then gave us keys and directions to several available beach front units along Highway 30A. We were very impressed with the properties we looked at and made our reservations for one of them. This is our first time using Dune Allen and hope to continue working with them for years to come.
