This is a nice cruise terminal. I went here while boarding onto the Norwegian Escape. The terminal has lots of air conditioning, so it’s cool no matter where you are in the building. I went here in February and the line to get on the ship was very, very long because the cruise staff had to check everyone’s passport to make sure they weren’t from a country with lots of COVID cases. It took about two hours to get onto the ship, which was disappointing. However, this was the fault of the cruise line, not the cruise terminal. Once my cruise was over, the ship docked at the same cruise terminal. Disembarkation of the ship was way quicker than embarkation, which I liked. I went through customs, showed my passport, and went to the baggage collecting area to collect my baggage. Unfortunately, someone else took my suitcase, so I had to spend a long time trying to find it. Fortunately, I managed to find my suitcase after looking for a while. I took my suitcase and put it in the tour bus I was going in. I then got on the tour bus and left the cruise port. I gave this cruise terminal five stars because it has lots of air conditioning, lots of parking for tour and shuttle buses, and lots of space to wait to embark, and lots of border patrol officers so you can go through customs quickly. There was a very long line to embark the cruise ship and someone took my suitcase so I had to spend a while looking for it, but this wasn’t the fault of the cruise terminal.

Just got off of a cruise on the Escape. While I prefer the food and attention to upscale details on Royal Caribbean. NCL is my choice when I just want to relax and do what I want, when I want. Both main shows are great, staff is friendly, and the ship is very clean. Food is not outstanding but very good.

Our cruise got canceled in April because of the pandemic. We were supposed to set sail on 5/23/20. I was told in April that I had to submit for a refund on 5/7/20 in effort to get a full refund. I only had until 5/13/20 to submit it. I submitted the first chance I could get on 5/7/20. Now NCL is saying they never got the request and Saying that I now have 125% cruise credit. This is ridiculous! I want a full refund. I’ve called in daily since April and follow the instructions to the letter. I would avoid this company at all cost!

The Norwegian Escape is supposedly the 4th largest ship in the world. This ship was nice and the food was pretty delicious. Everyone working on the boat were nice. There's something for everyone on this ship. The busiest parts were the pool deck with the water slides, zip-lines and daily contests, and the huge casino inside on deck 8. This was by far the largest casino i have seen on a ship. I highly recommend this ship.

5 day 4 night to Cuba. Excellent. Great boat the Sky, great food, only 1 1/2 days in Havana, too short, but better than nothing.. open bar for most all of the drinks, for everybody on the cruise. Great onboard entertainment. Cruise staff was great, cabin stewards were very efficient, everybody was very accommodating. Did I mention the open bar. Parking at the Port of Miami was convenient but expensive. We parked downtown and used a free shuttle to the ship.

Love NCL. Itineraries are why we go. They visit more interesting ports per cruise. Food and service is good. Entertainment is great. Prices are excellent for what you receive

Very nice but they charge you for everything. Internet is 30 per day. I we had to buy a band aid for 50 cents. Really, they couldn't give me one dam band aid? I am surprised there are not pay toilets.

I loved our experiences on the NCL Escape. This is my third time with Norwegian and will definitely not be my last. We have already booked on the Bliss and with several new ships coming we are excited for our future cruises. They have really developed since my first cruise with them much more relaxed and geared towards a broader audience.

It is a bit more expensive then Carnival and though I love Carnival for what it is, you get what you pay for. If you are flexible with dates you can get a good deal that usually includes unlimited drinks and upgraded restaurants.

It was the most fun I've ever had! The island's were fun to explore, and the cruise ship never seemed to end! Unlimited food and drinks? Yes please!

Although I knew this was an older ship, my expectations of the cruise lines' customer service was high. Most of my experience was good but the housekeeping service was horrible due to the lack of cleaning, efficient amount of linen for the stateroom guests and the availability of iron and ironing board. It had gotten so bad that I had to wait until I saw housekeeping in the hall to ask for clean linen because none had been left in the room earlier that particular day when it was half cleaned. I was given the excuse that my assigned person was on sick leave. Also, I didn't like the food availability and schedule. I prefer to sit down to eat as opposed to Buffet style. However, when I did get the chance to actually sit down at the restaurants the food was very good and service was excellent. Splash Academy (Kids Club) gets 100% A++ because my five year old kept wanting to go back and didn't want to leave when I picked him up.

Keep checking the internet for a cruise to your desired destination! Well managed ships. Many with fantastic entertainment. Quality of food in the buffet better on the larger ships, but the food in the main dining rooms is always very good with excellent service.

I have been here twice for a cruise for Bahamas. We have taken the Sky cruise and it's not bad but nothing special. The food is not very good and the cruise is old. I don't like the music so much because I was expecting more fun, maybe Miami type of music after all it's a vacation right?

Great time for a short getaway. If you are into all inclusive binge drinking, then this ship is the way to go. Smaller size ship than most but still packed things to do within the ship. Best to eat in the restaurants for a more relaxed sit down.

Over crowded, not enough common areas, One pool for over 3,000 passengers. One engine worked, very rocky and bumpy ride. Did not stop in the Bahamas as scheduled. Felt hustled, extra charge exercise classes, steam room etc. B rated daytime entertainment. Dinner shows were pretty good.

I love this cruise ship. The Getaway was fantastic! There are so many activities to do aboard the ship. My favorite were the pool slides. Especially the one that they had to have the engineer fix with the trap door at the footing for zero drop effect. You can't wear absolutely any jewelry.

Very enjoyable cruise, although not enough quiet places to settle in and read. Microphones were set too loud. Tracking of customers was norwellian. Booking of restaurants and venues sold out so quickly.Main dining rooms were small and service in the main dining rooms was poor. Don't get me wrong alot to like as well, enjoyed the cruise. Overall staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

This was my first time cruising and my boyfriend really gave me the star treatment, he sprung for the Haven and a spa suite which also gets you access to the thermal spa, granted I've never cruised any other way but it definitely seemed worth it if you can afford a little more.

The food and staff on the ship were fantastic. Even the buffet food was good though the crowds were not so much my thing.

I think they will be the only cruise line we ever use.

3 1/2 stars: First of all the Escape is a fabulous and enormous Ship that is a pleasure to experience. However we were considered a "Sick Ship" due to the previous cruise becoming I'll. This required extra steps and extra staff for cleaning and food service. It was a bit unorganized from the start. The buffet is incredible but guest were not allowed to serve themselves and the staff seemed over worked and unfriendly. The elevators were always over crowded and trying to get on and off at ports was a push and shoving event. However it was a great experience visiting far away lands that I will.never forget.
