Perfect. On the water, what a view!, great beach, exercise room, beautiful pool, shuffle board, bocce ball, beached sailboat, walk to restaurants, clubhouse with various entertainment, can see sunrise and sunset from balcony. We watched driving ducks herd small fish to shore where they and the seagulls had a feast. We watched pelicans fly low toward the sun to scare small fish toward shore and then make a U-turn, flying higher with sun to their backs and dive bomb the fish. We saw large fish getting after the small fish which would jump out of the water trying to get away. The large fish appeared to be around 5 feet long. What a great place to catch up on your reading or take long walks. The other vacationers were friendly and talkative and we found some vert nice restaurants talking to them. I hope u get to visit one day. By the way, we always come here for Thanksgiving week.

Beautiful condos on the,beach. Reataurants and shopping nearby. Nice large swimming pool . Great part of the beach with lifeguards to watch over you.

My favorite part of staying at this resort is how close it is to the beach It takes about 5 min to get from your unit to your beach umbrellas and chairs !! I love the beach front units and the view is beautiful!!
Steve , the lifeguard and beach chair guy has a friendly personality and was very kind to my elderly parents making sure they had a set of chairs and umbrella close to the walkway
Our unit was very clean and newly updated .
The pool area had more than enough chairs ,my only suggestion would be to have some umbrellas
We really enjoyed the free bikes and used them several times during our stay

No working refrigerator, ice maker does not work, couches worn out, toilet seat loose, running toilet, sand on floor, potato chips on balcony from last guests.
We drove from Tennessee and had no other place to go. Had to find a place on our own during busy tourist season or go home. They could not accommodate us with another place.
Sad as it is in a great location. If you don't care about your room etc., then this may work. Otherwise check something else!😔response / report this review -

Could not ask for a better location. Just wish they had a hot tub but this place is fantastic. Close to everything and right on the beach.
