I will NEVER stay there again. All white linen requested at reservation to arrive to a multicolored spread with large urine stains on the underside. NO ma'am, No sir. This is why I requested all solid white linen. I went to the front desk for no assistance. They supplied me with dengy sheets. Dirty carpet. There was plenty time for them to contact me if they could not fulfill my request. I should have requested a refund and left. BTW, ROOMS WERE OVER 100$. Wish I could give no stars.

My family was coming into town to visit myself and my daughter. I recommend this hotel for them. It was a good price but from the minute they got here it was nothing but trouble. First off because my sister is 19 they were not going to rent to her even tho she already booked it. Then they request $100 deposit in cash only. But all she was a credit card so they finally accepted that. Then after all that the shower doesnt work. Shady place and wont recommend again

I love this hotel. It is a great price, clean, comfortable, and family friendly. Our room is awesome with a king size bed and a Jacuzzi tub that I wish I could take home lol. The indoor pool is amazing at a warm 85 degrees. It is a extremely spacious pool with a great water slide that's great for kids and adults. The front desk is always available at any hour. I have been here for a week and can not believe how amazing the staff is here. They are always friendly and accommodating. I have read bad reviews on this place but honestly I am in love with it and will be coming back next year!!!

My family & I have stayed here for several years . Was always happy with the prices & service of this hotel . Recently, we came back & since they have new maintenance it is nothing but problems . We realized on the paper we had they majority over charged us according to our paper we had, when we tried to tell the manager we have known for so long, he told us "if we didn't like it, we could stay some where else." Later, we went to the front desk to ask for bowls since the 1 bedroom, kitchen room we are currently staying in has ZERO bowls in the cabinets, along with greasy dirty dishes, the lady at the front desk informed us the manager told her to let us know this will be our last night staying here & we need to be checked out by 11 AM & leave . There was also 2 different occasions where the lights in our room stopped working & had to be fixed, one time maintenance was told to wait til we returned to the hotel but he came in while we were gone anyway, 2 of the plug ins do not work whatsoever on both sides of the bed, also 2 BED BUGS found in the bathroom at arrival (several bites on all family members) & dust caked up on fireplace next to windows in room which were dirty as well, room had a bad odor when first arriving. Later, I went to a vending machine on our 3rd floor we are currently on, as I stood in front of the vending machine I felt a sudden shock, looked down & the whole bottom of my pants legs were soaking wet along with the vending machine cord being IN the puddle of water on the floor. Which is very unnoticeable since the tiles in the vending area is white . My family & I have came here for years, have recommended this place to EVERYONE we know aside from the HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, plus business we have brought them. But we will no longer be staying here & will let everyone we know, how this place has drastically changed & isn't worth the stay anymore. Never again! **update** after being told it was our last night staying after this horrible experience, we checked out & a few minutes later received a phone call from the manager of the hotel wanting us to COME BACK & CLEAN UP THE DISHES WE LEFT IN THE SINK & ON THE COUNTER !!! He said he would have his house keepers wait before cleaning if we'd come back to look at it with him! What is the point of house keepers & getting angry because we didn't clean up dishes before leaving after this awful experience! We used to love staying here but definitely won't be back, won't recommend to anyone anymore, & wouldn't recommend anyone on here to stay there either! Bad idea everyone!! This place is gonna be shut down in a matter of time treating customers the way they do now! 😡😡

We go to Pigeon Forge alot. We love it there! Every time we go we stay at the Spirit of the Smokies. Great place! Great views off your private balcony! Nice swimming pool! Great friendly staff! Nice clean rooms! Great place to stay if your in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Love it!

Rooms were great. Conference rooms available. Beautiful lobby. Nice smoking area. Vending machines available. Fresh brewed coffee all day. Game room is fun. Pool is awesome and the water slide takes the cake. And the amazing view of the lights at night while riding the back glassed elevators was astounding.

The rooms are a little outdated and the elevator smells kinda funky. But the pools (1 indoor with a slide and 2 outdoor) are awesome and open until 1AM. The room had a nice jacuzzi tub, a microwave, mini fridge and a balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a designated place for smokers. Can't beat the price. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff very nice, walked in to get a room and we wanted a smokey mountain view. They worked everyway to get the room with view of Smokey mountain. Our room had a jacuzzi tub. A indoor pool with slide. Very kid friendly.

PROS: Great staffers. Awesome pool. Decent game room.
CONS: NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER!!!! :-( Balcony door was Extremely difficult to open. No breakfast of any kind. T.V. remote never worked even with new batteries. No dishes at all. Coke machine only had coke and lemonade the whole time we were there and the vending machine did not work correctly. Only one tiny thing of shampoo for three people. Long wait to get in our room!!! For the money we expected more and better. Not sure if we would stay there again or recommend this hotel to family and friends. I am sorry that I could not give you a better review at this time.response / report this review -

While we were in our room, another guest was able to unlock our door with her room key. We did not know the other guest and I think it was an honest mistake. It's just scary to know other guests might be able to unlock our door with their key. Also the beds are hard and the pillows are flat. I would recommend a different motel. I will never book my stay here again.

The pool area was the greatest thing about this hotel. We have 3 kids and they would have been content to skip all the magic shows, go kart tracks and everything to stay at this pool all day. Even our one year old loved the water slide! (I caught him at the bottom!) The room was spacious. There were 5 of us and we weren't tripping over each other. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and always had fresh pool towels ready to go. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel and staff was great, for the most part. I did have a little issue in the first room with roaches but the staff gave me some money back on my stay and moved me into a bug free room. The family loved the indoor pool and slide. The arcade was fun but about a dollar per play on almost all of the games. I will definitely give them another try in the future but until next time is successful I won't recommend it but I would just say to keep an open mind and give it a shot.
