We had the suite and all tho the layout was nice. The room itself needed a desperate updating, Walls scratched toilet was really small and we could barely see the fire through the scratched up screen. Also the heat unit was old school. The office staff were extremely nice and accommodating 5 stars for them !

Stayed at Ramada for Yama con 2017. The hotel room and the amenities were nice as it was also nice having the event Hall located near the hotel as well. My only complaint was lack of parking after everybody finish at the con and went to the hotel for the after-party events

We just stayed the weekend here for the Tica cat show and I must say this hotel was a very nice hotel they have friendly staff who were available any time day or night to answer questions or help you, the very sweet lady in the kitchen was an amazing person who was helpful also and the breakfast was amazing, if you are going to the smoky mountain convention center or on vacation to Pigeon Forge please consider staying here at the Ramada!

Far as the Hotel went, when you walk in it smelled good, look nice, little out dated far as light fixtures, and the bath tub had a light ring around it. The shower head was nice, we had two queen beds one was somewhat soft the other hard as a brick. All in all not to bad. Had a swimming pool and a hot tub. Had a place to get breakfast but didn't use it.

My family and I had a great weekend. The room was very spacious. I can imagine the room's fireplace is awesome during the cooler weather. The jacuzzi in the room was super relaxing. Montana at the front desk was super friendly at check-in and check-out.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the local area and what you can do. They were even helpful finding a wheelchair for rent for my grandfather (totally above the normal call of duty for a standard hotel). The room was extremely clean. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Great place to stay with the family! Kids loved the outdoor pool. I liked the hot tub nearby to relax and keep an eye on the kids. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Free breakfast you can eat outside on the tables just outside the rooms. Will be back.

It's a nice play. Really nice people. Good amazing breakfast. But the pillows are really really down. Hard to sleep. Had to use towels to make it better. But overall good place

Extremely​ pet friendly. There's a limited number of rooms allocated for people traveling with pets, but we were lucky to find a vacancy only a week before arriving. The room was very clean and comfortable for this price range and didn't smell like dogs. The staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when bringing our little guys with us.

Stayed here on 3/29 in a pet friendly room. ALL staff was friendly and helpful. They called when we arrived to our room and asked if it met our expectations. The room was somewhat dated and the floors could have been mopped a little better (no carpet in the pet rooms). My friend stayed in a non-pet friendly room and it was super clean and comfortable! The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful! The outdoor pool was warm and the hot tub was VERY warm and relaxing! Upon check-out, staff handed us a tin of cookies and told us to enjoy the cookies while we travel home. That was a very nice gesture. They truly care about their costumers!
