Everyone was pretty nice. Very accommodating when you need something at the desk. Parking not that great with layout of entrances.

BEWARE!!! RIPPED MY CREDIT CARD OFF WITH SECOND BOOKING CHARGE. DENIED ME THE REFUND OR SECOND ROOM! MANAGEMENT WOULDN'T CALL ME AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS. Follow up..Dec 20, 2017. Still have not reimbursed me and manager refused to call me. Dishonest staff and manager. Do not give them your credit cards.

Not a bad little place. The beds are a little too soft for my taste, but my husband slept fine. Our room was very clean, but bathroom is tight. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not all that great. Too little room to sit. Overall, yes we would stay here again if only for a night or two.

Room was filthy. Had to go buy sheets to even feel comfortable. They said sorry, and they would let the head house keeper know. Now there was a complete lack of cleanliness. I don't think that's going to do any good, as it looks like a build up of filth. The interior upgrades were substandard. Who paints walls without taking electrical covers down. Staff was not friendly , either of the folks I delt with.

Rooms very clean, very well presented. Loved having a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker provided and hair dryer as well. Staff was extremely friendly and informative. If Deerfield recommend them and I will be returning again myself.

Breakfast was well, it was a bit of something to eat and the coffee was good. Only complaint I have, is the room key cards kept going bad. Otherwise, rooms were clean. TV worked fine. Shower was nice bathroom was a bit small but very functional. Staff was very friendly.

This is the best restaurant food I've ever eaten. Just like home cooked. Friendly service. Big portions. For the amount of food that you get the price is good also. I'd rather eat here than any where I've ever eaten in any of the south eastern states. We have drove 4 hours just to eat there and go back home. I recommend this place to everybody.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. We got 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds in each in July. Price was great at $113. Carpets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only complaint would be the bathroom was so tiny that changing with privacy was difficult although the shower was tall enough and it was very clean. Would definately stay again.

Clean, Clean, Clean! Great price, location and amenities. Less than $50 with 2 beds, microwave, fridge, continental breakfast. Everything is in working order! Friendly staff. Great value!

Price is good. Very cramped parking. Room is outdated but clean. New mattress was comfy as well as pillows. We stayed in the two bedroom and it was very roomy. The water pressure was ok and water was nice and hot!
If your a picky person you may not like it. If you just need a sleep spot them it'll work.response / report this review -

Customer service, cleanliness, and pay was awful. Our keys to our room didn't work took them 6 times of switching up keys before we finally got a set to work. 4 out of those 6 times they kept sending us back and forwards to our room to try before the woman at the front desk had anyone come help. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived had to clean it myself. And on our last night I went to sit on the bed and it came apart causing me to fall into the wall. We put it back together. We came with our softball team and some of the other parents had issues as well. One of them didn't have hot water and had to wash her hair in the sink. She let them know at front desk and of course the customer service yet again was bad. I wish we would have looked more into this place before staying. Rooms are small and have a smell to them. Definitly will not be staying again or recommending it to anyone i know. For the price of 90.00 a night I expected much better. Not all the lights worked in our room and the outlets in the walls was loose. And we went through Wyndham when booking and we just thought we was getting a deal.

The price in the off season was $39.??
So that was a plus for me, and the room I stayed in was very clean. The next morning they had coffee and Belgium waffles and orange juice. Not bad at all. There little eating area was a little cramped.
I give this place 4 out of 5 stars, and I would recommend this place. The lady up front was not very polite, but when the man, witch I believe she was he's wife. Anyways he was good. By the way, had a great time.
