Conveniently located 8 miles out of Knoxville Tennessee near the Bass Pro Shop exit 407 in Sevier County where the Smokies stadium is in the entrance towards Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Tennessee this hotel Holiday Inn Express very clean rooms great staff but my favorite part about it was how convenient it was to the interstate yet towards the Smoky Mountains

Excellent staff but do watch out for room 125. Door didn't lock fully and room looked to be not well maintained.

Room was nice and clean. Got nothing but "weak signal" on tv this am and hair dryer did not work.

We were stranded 325 miles from home when our car broke down, and lucky that the staff here was so friendly and accommodating. I've staid at dozens of hotels, and this is the best service I've ever received. Very clean rooms and uniquely substantive breakfast options. This is southern hospitality at its finest.

Courteous and friendly staff, great breakfast with tasty (pancake machine, sausage & gravy, cinnamon rolls plus more)and healthy options (egg white veggie omelette or oatmeal with fresh fruit and walnuts), clean room and clean indoor pool. We enjoyed our stay!

We were pleased with our stay, the staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was especially nice for a hotel.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was okay, plentiful. The room furniture was mediocre. The shower was relaxing. The restroom outside of the rooms were beautiful. The location was lovely. My bedding wasn't changed.

I have a trip planned for 7/1/17-7/4/17. I am a front desk clerk at a Holiday Inn express in North Carolina. I always said that I would never be "one of those guest". It turns out I became one because so far I have requested top floor, complimentary upgrade, close to the elevator, a view, and possible early check-in. I know that nothing but my room type can be promised but Destiny, the clerk I've spoken with has been fabulous. She has put in my request and sent me my confirmation for a King Suite. I will post another review during my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very clean and well furnished with everything we needed and more. The breakfast was on par with other with hotel breakfasts. We were looking forward to using the indoor pool as it was a little cool the day of our visit, but it was closed with no warning. I could give negative feedback on this, but it was not the main purpose of our stay. Overall, it was a great place with friendly staff.
