The location is fabulous Literally right across the road from The Island and all the attractions and shops you could need for a quick getaway. The service was fair and the rooms were not great at all. Our backs could not take another day on the caving and stiff mattresses, the constraint drip of the leaky sink (which was clearly an ongoing issue from all the cracks in the basin) was driving us nuts, and we couldn’t wait to get back to having actual pressure for our shower.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it's a bit noisy during the day. The staff however is amazing and friendly. They easily go above and beyond for you. They're one if the best redeeming qualities of the location. Everything else is what you'd expect of a standard inn. A few broken things, lumpy pillows, hard beds. Standard fair. But the shower was hot, and I at least had a place to lay my head at the end of the night.

Nice hotel, beds were hard and not that comfortable. Hotel was in the middle of a renovation, but still not an issue. Good selection for breakfast. My son loved the waffle machine. I was disappointed with the biscuits and gravy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on my honeymoon. We booked a suite (#249) and could not have been more pleased. Super clean..super roomy..fridge was really cold. jacuzzi tub was off the chain great(drop a few drops of shampoo and have a bubble bath).no carpet in the room just tile which was very clean and stylish. Our room looked and smelt like it was brand new. Very friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast. Located across street from "The Island"(big Farris wheel) you could just walk there. The Island is very nice decorated for Christmas by the way.My only complaint was the dumpster getting emptied at 3:00 am which wasn't exactly the hotels fault. I really recommend a Suite.

Our room was exceptionally nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with lighting in the bathroom, it was fixed immediately. We will definitely stay here again if there is a vacancy. A big thank you to the staff for such a pleasant experience.

Stayed here for four days. Stayed with family. Room were remodeled recently or in the process of being done. Breakfast was included and very basic. If you don't get there early it was gone and very crowded. WIFI was really very spotty and did not work that well. We use T mobile and the phones would not work in room. ( The reason I mention the last two items is because if you have teenagers they will constantly complain). The hotel is very well located with plenty to do in walking distance. I would stay here again.

We stayed there 10/7/2017 let's just say we would have been better off staying in our car the rooms were filthy carpet looked like someone rubbed charcoil in it roaches on the wall people fighting next door no one answered at front desk and I'm not 100 percent sure but I think we have been bit by bed bugs I have some red bumps on my chin and head that wasn't there before it was a last min date decision to bring my wife up on our date and all rooms were booked except this place (clue #1 if everything else is booked and someone has plenty of rooms there's your sign ) 178.00 is what we paid and it's a normal 65.00 room stay away from this place it's nice on the outside but inside is Nasty . Next time I'll drive back home before staying in a place like that . How ever we did have a blast as I always do with my beautiful wife.

I had a great time on vacation due to Island Drive Lodge! It's conveniently located across from Island park. The staff are very helpful and nice! They also have a free breakfast every morning to help you save money on eating! Full breakfast from sausage and eggs to making your own waffles. It's located right on the strip so most of the fun is in walking distance. The rooms are clean and updated. I would choose the hotel again and again. Thank you Island Drive Lodge and staff!

Cheap and deep. Basic motel style rooms, no bed bugs, fairly clean, beds were OK. Breakfast is basic waffles, coffee, and cereal. Location is very convenient if you are planning on walking over to the Island. The rooms are pretty quite at night considering the motel's location.

Location is perfect, middle of Pigeon Forge. Clean and comfortable rooms for the price. The breakfast and coffee could use some improvement but overall it's perfect for a family that doesn't spend their vacation in a hotel all day.

The hotel really was a huge disappointment. It does not live up to their website photos at all. Their photos show a well kept place. Our room was back in the corner and had a huge hole in the wall, the sink desperately needed replacing and the ceiling above the tub was filthy. The mini fridge was inside a poorly refurbished dresser which still housed half of a dresser unit. The room smelled of old cologne. When asked if we might switch rooms they showed us another room by the dumpsters with the same old sink and fridge unit and crumbling trim. The manger tried to make excuses that the cologne smell could not be helped and that someone must have fallen out of the bed to make a hole in the hall. Positives of the hotel - right in the middle of the activities and near a great food store. We actually checked out and into a much better hotel for the remainder of our stay. Sadly, would not recommend to anyone.

Island Drive Lodge? I do have to Say the building Was Nice i Paid $188 for 4 nights 2 beds! now the good part is that the room cleaning they did a great job after all because i know we got messy well you know how that goes but anyways the morning food was so good I did not eat any but my family did and they said everything was just great! the only reason why im giving a 3 stars is for the beds were kinda rough and the pool was way to cold to swim in but most people don,t like the pool this is my review so i hope it helps at your next stay thank you for reading!
