We stayed there 12/29/2017 thru 01/01/2018, the rooms are awesome, the staff was always friendly, everyone stopped to speak, breakfast was great. I was not disappointed in anything. I have nothing at all to complain about. Everything was great & I highly recommend.

2017 This hotel is flying under the radar on booking since the remodeling was completed. Don't pass it by or you will miss a great value.
Great service and a clean room. Bed was comfortable and a good night's sleep. Walk in showers have replaced the traditional tub/shower and really nice. Breakfast was a notch above the standard used by most hotels.
Some complained the rooms are small, but I found mine was efficient space use. I did not have problems banging my knees into the furniture.response / report this review -

I was so happy that we chose this hotel to come for the weekend. Perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband.
So many lovely touches like fresh cookies every day, nice breakfast spread, and the fire pits that you can relax in front of after a long day of exploring.
My favorite detail had to be that they did not have carpeted floors in the room and cleaning staff cleaned the floors every single day. My germaphobe tendencies could not have been more relieved!response / report this review -

Amazing staff butSheets are rough (low thread count). Showers don't get hot, only Luke warm. Fixtures are cheap (hand towel bar fell off the wall). No hair dryers in room.
But yet the staff is amazing and the property is brand new. They got a lot of things right-- but ownership needs to fix the details.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this hotel! Everything was wonderful! The staff, especially the Housekeeping Manager were A+. The breakfast was great too! Thank you LFO! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed during first week of October 2017. Everything is beautiful! Staff very personable- LOVE those sweet breakfast ladies! Omelets were a real treat! The new shower style with seating is a plus.Room clean as a pin, more than enough towels. Great atmosphere. Love it!

Great location, very nice staff. However, entire property smelled like mold, particularly our room on the 1st floor. Would not stay here again.

We were evacuees from the fire, we followed the evacuation route, it took 3 1/2 hours to reach I 40. With that being said, we checked every hotel at every exit and they were full. Cell battery going dead no car charger, called my son in Cincinnati and he called around and the only place to take us was Fairfield Inn. Thank you so much for taking us in at 12:30 am. We will be forever grateful

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Breakfast staff was very friendly and quick to restock/clean up areas. Would definitely come back again!

Room was nice and clean. Used a reward certificate for the night, but rates seemed decent. Friendly staff. Would suggest brining your own pillow as always, but the ones in the room were not horrible .
