Usually I'd give their service 5 stars, but they squeezed me in at 7:25 PM. After getting my 15,000 mile check, my tire pressure light went on and stayed on. When I took it back, I was told all four tires were low. Shouldn't that be covered in the tire rotation?
Everything was checked and it only took me an hour wait, was fast and efficient, as always.
Had an enjoyable experience purchasing a new Prius through them. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. I felt they were quite honest and the service I received was excellent. They have done an excellent job of supporting me after purchasing, too.
Very professional! I was very pleased with my service. Terry takes care of business.
Mark C is the best salesmen there. I love buying my cars from them. I have bought 3 cars amd sent 2 of my kids there to buy from them. They both bought cars. They work with you on payments too. Please visit this awesome dealership
Nice facility, recently increased service prices. The trade-in program is not as good as some of the other dealers.
I am a repeat Toyota customer. The salesman was told I would be impressed if they could accomplish the sale in the same or less time as the previous dealer from another state. They took a half hour longer. I was still in and out from test drive to keys in hand in less than four hours. The people and service have been A-one.
Friendly staff. Maintenance can get pricey though. But they don't push too hard on the sale.
The word on the street is that Spartan Toyota is the best and favorite Toyota dealer in Michigan. I specifically know people who have bypassed their hometown dealers to buy their new Toyota or get their car serviced at Spartan. I asked them why they did that, their short succinct answer was,"they are more professional there". I have been a customer ever since. (2003)
Mark Canady is the best
!!!! If you want a car, he is the man to see!!
Got my transmission fluid changed there because it is a dirty tedious job. That was $130. They did tell me that my corolla needed a serpentine belt tensioner or it would fly off soon. They quoted me $350 for that, $220 for the part. I said no thank you. I took the car home, changed the serpentine belt (just because i noticed it was due and it is super easy to change), and the tensioner is fine. That was in May of 2013 at 100k miles. It is now December 2014 at 150k and I have not lost a belt yet. Dealerships know how to Sell Sell Sell! I only now remembered this because I was looking through old bills trying to find a receipt for something else. I'm so glad the staff at Spartan warned me of my imploding belt tensioner haha, not.
