My family and I always have a great experience with Team One. We recommend all of our friends and family to go there for their service and/or shopping needs. My father has purchased two vehicles (2002 Chevy 2500 & 2014 GMC Sierra), my mother has purchased 2 vehicles (2002 Chevy Tahoe & 2015 Buick Enclave), my brother purchased two vehicles (2013 Chevy Malibu & 2017 Chevy Silverado) and I have purchased two vehicles (2013 Chevy Malibu & 2018 Chevy Equinox). All the vehicles were and still are in excellent condition. Many have been traded in for the next upgrade. We have all of our vehicles serviced at Team One and they stand behind their customer service guarantee. We will always continue to purchase our vehicles from Team One and continue to have them serviced there.

Be cautious if getting your vehicle serviced at Team One. We purchased a used vehicle from a different dealership, but brought it to Team One to have a full safety inspection done. Within a week of getting my vehicle back, my son and I were driving into daycare/work and I started to slide, like driving on ice, on a major freeway. I managed to get off on an exit. When my husband came, he discovered my back tire was hanging on only by 3 lug nuts out of 8. If I would have continued driving, the tire would have came off and me and my son could have been seriously injured, if not killed. My husband notifed Team One management of the situation and at first they seemed to care but later charged us $500 to fix their neglect! We will never take any of our vehicles there ever again. Incompetent employees, no accountability and horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

It couldn't have been any easier or less stressful. Sure, you have to do a little back and forth if you know what you need at what price, but that is expected. Everyone involved, including Simon, Mike and Patrick made the process extremely easy. We knew what we wanted coming in and they got it for us at a price we were very happy with. Well done from top to bottom!

I was looking to steam clean the inside of my car after my apartment had bed bugs. I only paid $55 for a steam clean and vacuum (it would have been $70 for the entire interior). Extremely reasonable price, friendly staff. While I was waiting for my car, they had a free shuttle driver so that you aren't waiting around for 5 hours. I managed to get all of my laundry done while waiting, and he gave me a ride there and back.
I was very happy with my experience, and I'd definitely recommend them.response / report this review -

Ashlee didn't have the car I was looking for but she was absolutely one of the best representatives I've worked with in a long time. The car I was searching for is a rare breed and no longer in production but if she had it she would have got the sale for sure based on service alone. 5 star experience. Quick, responsive, and friendly.

Great experience! Bill Baker and Jeff worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I truly appreciate it. They gave me a great price on a 2016 Buick Encore. Jeff was great about explaining the warranty and extra coverage options, with no pressure and letting me know it was all flexible so I could create a plan that was right for me. And Bob gave me the car orientation and chatted with my husband and I while he met our dog. I could tell that Bob was sincere in wanting to explain how to use different features too, as opposed to going through it by rote memory. It was a pleasure to deal with such great guys, all very authentic and care about what they do!!
