I owned a service business for 20 years and as a former owner I can say this establishment sucks. Horrible experience with service. Does not deal well with customers. I guess they run the complete business this way. there are plenty of other places to spend money. Don't make this one of them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AT ALL COSTS.

Sales people only offer you the price way under the value of your machine, even though the owner said that he offered way more, sales will not give you that price. They lost two sales for lies they told me.
Went to pick up my machines ,owner wanted to apologize for sale, wanted to shake my hand. No Way.
If the person that made the deal with me,cannot be a man and apologize him self.

    Will Never Go There Again

What can I say about this little store, with a big guy inventory, they have it all, they do it all, some of the nicest staff I have met extremely knowledgeable, the repair shop is top-notch, if you mention this Google review you can take an additional 5% off parts and accessories but only if you mention this Google review, these people will take the time that you need to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for Don't Be Afraid to ask them questions they will spend as much time with you as needed, the inventory they have is incredible, they offer free wifi clean restrooms and some of the biggest Smiles you seen check them out today, and I almost forgot their mechanics there are very top notch some of the best around but they do ask if you bring something in to be repaired please tell them or be honest with them what is going on with your equipment it will make it very easy for them to diagnose and fix your problems in a more timely manner to allow you the customer to get your equipment back as fast as possible

Title: Disrespects customers with vulgar language and playground tactics

A few weeks ago, I had taken my quad (originally purchased from Fastlane) out to go riding, but after unloading it and disengaging the parking break the LCD screen was flashing “Brake” and the quad wouldn’t go over 20 MPH. I took it in to Fastlane for service on 7/24. On 8/1 I received a call they were unable to replicate the problem and told me that I should NOT be setting the parking brake for any length of time because it was hydraulic and sometimes the quad can think it’s set when it isn’t and it will cause this problem.

Four days later I went to pick up my quad. I went in, paid the $50.00 bill and drove around to pick it up. When I went to load my quad I found it parked in low gear (not park as it should be) and WITH THE PARKING BREAK ON! It had now been sitting for several days – which I would consider to be a length of time.

I loaded my quad and went in to ask why they had parked it exactly how they said not to. As I was speaking with a young man at the counter, a small framed, raspy-voiced guy walked up and asked if there was a problem. He identified himself as the “service manager”. I explained to him how I had just found my quad sitting outside with the parking brake on. The Service Manager said, “you can probably blame me, I think I parked your quad.” He went to say how they have all of these machines - some you can set a brake and some you can’t so sometimes we make mistakes. I replied with isn’t that your job - to know what machine you can and what machines you can’t especially as the Service Manager?

Then the Service Manager asked where the quad was, I said it is loaded as I need to get on the road. He said well let’s make sure it’s fixed to which I replied, “according to your sercie department it is fixed and I am not unloading it, I have to go.”

He followed me out still wanting me to unload the quad again and I repeatedly told him, I was not. At this point he was getting physically close to me so I told him to back off and be careful how he spoke to me as he had crossed the line with his tone and actions. He did put any distance between us as I was walking to my truck so I stopped and told him again to back off - I was leaving and not unloading the quad. He said what do you mean I want to make sure it’s fixed, I again said your service department said it was now step back.

He kept going and as I started to get in my truck he said, “well f**k you!” At that point, we had a heated exchange during which he said f** you to me a total of three times and then as I pulled away he said, “you’re not welcome here anymore and f**k you!”

All of this taking place with customers watching with shocked looks on their face. At no time did any employee attempt to stop the Service Manager from acting so inappropriate.

I don’t know how this company continues to stay in business when they treat customers with such blatant disrespect and resort to playground tactics when they don’t get their way.

I've mostly only talked to the parts department here, but I have chatted with a couple of the sales guys as well. The sales people are not pushy at all. They were just happy they could talk about bikes with someone and show them the new features on all the bikes. Very nice people! The parts department is pretty good as well. While they haven't always been the cheapest, they are always ready to help me find what I need. I drive by Collage bike every day and Fastlane is completely out of my way. There is a reason I come here.

I ordered parts for my snowmobile online and suddenly they were not in stock. There were no information about delivery times nothing. I tried calling and they told me they could understand me because their phone is broken. So I contacted them via email and cancelled the order but never got a confirmation or my money back. I has been 2 weeks now and still no response. I usually don't write bad reviews but thats not how a business should operate. Don't order from them!

My Husband and I just drove an hour to purchase a X3 Maverick Can Am today. These guys gave excellent customer service. It was definitely worth the hour drive instead of going to our local dealer where we had terrible customer service when we bought our first side by side.
    Highly recommend!
Very satisfied customers from Manitou Beach, Mi

GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND…last Saturday (8-6-16) we packed up our trailer (boat, paddle boards, coolers, luggage, etc) and headed from Jackson to Glen Arbor for an extremely needed week vacation. Unfortunately, our trailer was overloaded and the neck of the trailer bent as we were heading up US-127 just past Mason. We found ourselves (three women) on the side of the busy highway on a hot, humid afternoon with a packed broken trailer. As we were trying to figure out what to do an unexpected angel stopped to ask if she could help…I believe her name was Leslie. She said, “I saw three women on the side of the road and feared no one would stop to help”. So she looped around the highway to assist. All of the trailer shops in the area including the one she worked at (Fast Lane Powersports) were closed until Monday, but she assured us that she would be able to help. She called her boyfriend (Greg Day) who also worked at Fast Lane Powersports and had keys to the store. Although it was Saturday afternoon and I am sure he had much better plans, he immediately agreed to help us out. When he arrived it was evident the trailer could not be repaired, so Leslie and Greg drove my friend to Fast Lane Powersports to purchase a much more dependable trailer. Within a short period of time, they came back with an awesome Sport Haven trailer. That in itself was an unbelievable blessing; but Greg and Leslie are no ordinary angels. They stayed and helped us repack all of our stuff on the new trailer and told us not to worry about the broken trailer until we returned from vacation. I have never written a review on Google before, but I wanted existing and potential customers to know about our experience with Leslie and Greg. We are not really recreational vehicle people, but I would highly recommend anyone in the market for one to stop in to see Leslie or Greg. If you are in the market for a high quality aluminum trailer at a great price it is a no brainer to go to Fast Lane Powersports. They will take care of you.
