I had a 80 minute massage which was okay. The woman was more interested in stretching me than massage which kind of hurt. I then had a 80 minute pedicure that was only 60 minutes. My heals were still rough and my polish was chipped by the next day. I contacted the spa and no one ever got back to me. This place is too much money for what you receive.

I really wanted to like this place! My nail technician was SO nice and very friendly and funny, but honestly I was extremely underwhelmed with the quality of work. I made a point to say that there were large gaps between my cuticle and the nail polish, but ultimately, it was ignored. My nails look like it's been two weeks since I've had them done, and for the price, it's really frustrating. I would also say that the pedicure chairs are very comfortable for heavier people. Lastly, when I made my initial appointment, I spoke with a young man about what services are offered for bridal parties and he told me there weren't any, and that it would be a tight fit to have people. Wel, the technician I worked with actually handed me a pamphlet they offer with details for bridal parties
So, again, the qualities of the mani/pedi I received, and the organization seemed quite underwhelming, but everyone was VERY nice!response / report this review -

Relaxing atmosphere, clean and fresh. Professional skilled workers. Lovely locker rooms with lots of amenities. I usually go an hour ahead to relax.

Had a great experience at the Spa and had a hot stone massage. Annually my best friend and I go every year for our birthdays. Loved my masseuse. She was great! I tried someone new this time and will use her again.

My daughter and I go together for Mother /daughter time and always feel wonderful after out appointment. The massages are unbelievable- calm, quiet, peaceful. The spa is elegant and comfortable. Would highly recommend this spa for all to try!!

This was my second trip to the Del Monte. I live out of State and my sister and I have planned massages or facials at the Spa. I loved my massage. Beth is the best. Over all my experience has been great! I hope to see ya'll next summer!

Once you've had a massage at the Del Monte Spa you will NEVER go anywhere else! The Sanctuary is pristine. They recommend you get there at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment and believe me you want to get there early! The amenities, showers and sauna are top notch. I've never had a bad massage therapist either. You can tell that the Del Monte only hires the best!
