Of all the hotel/motels I've stayed in the last few years. This one really surprised me, complimentary breakfast and supper. Full useful kitchen, sitting room and comfortable bed. Near interstate so commute was easy. I have already recommended this to friends and will be back here again.
Super nice extended stay hotel, especially for the price. Spacious suites, quick and friendly check in. Pet friendly. Quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
The crowd there was a little scary. Everyone seemed nice enough but there were some parties going on and it was kind of loud the night we were there. The suite was gorgeous and everything was so home like. The dishwashing pad under the sink had been used before though. It was kind of gross. Overall, it was a beautiful room.
This was an affordable place to stay with a kitchenette. We only stayed one night but the service was great, rooms were clean and quiet.
The rooms are amazing and great sized. Small kitchen, living room area with tv, then a bedroom with king size bed and another tv. Couch also folds out to bed in living room. Perfect for families to stay at. Kids have their own TV and room for sleeping.
This was a great and accommodating place! Beautiful, clean rooms, the breakfast was simple but delicious, hot, and prepared with love. I brought my whole youth group here and the staff served them with excellence.
ONLY complaint (not really a huge problem) is the fitness center. It pretty much consisted of two treadmills and a some sort of stepping machine. No weights, but nonetheless, it was a fantastic stay.
Friendly, nice staff. Clean and neat. Quite area. Close to major businesses. Guest services take a little time. Be patient and enjoy the comfortablitlty
We stayed @ Sonesta for our family vacation in Cincinnati. The free breakfasts and dinners were great, however one of our daughters is highly gluten sensitive and could not eat most of the food offered. When Theresa - the hotel manager - heard about this, she DROVE to a restaurant and purchased my daughter a gluten free dinner to eat. We thought this warranted a 5-star review, but then for the remainder of our week's stay, Theresa purchased breakfasts and dinners from multiple different restaurants and delivered them to our 7-year-old daughter @ meal times. WOW! This level of customer service and care completely floored us and we would HIGHLY recommend Sonesta as the place to stay.
This place was an absolute joy to stay at. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative so that checking in was a breeze. The suite was very big for the price we paid and it was amazing. Fully stocked kitchenette, new furniture and a beautiful aesthetic made our stay here one of the best I've had in any hotel ever. My wife and I will definitely be coming back to Sonesta again.
If you are looking for an extraordinary hotel in Cincinnati, I recommend the Phelps. It is located in a tranquil pocket of downtown, near the Taft House. I rarely see such a beautiful hotel that is also pet friendly. There's a park to walk your pet just across the street. The hotel bar and restaurant is inviting. I recommend the
Every part of our 4 day stay was wonderful. Main desk very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping great. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice lay-out of rooms that were quite large. Satisfactory breakfast that changed every day. I'll now look for Sonestas when I travel.
Stayed here for quite awhile, Jewell and Linda were my housekeepers absolutely AMAZING ladies. Their kindness and smiles every morning made my day. They genuinely cared about my comfort not to mention they always took pride in their hard work.. and it was much appreciated. The front desk staff is amazing as well. Everyone who works acts like they love their job. They are extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend a million times over. Management/owners should be extremely proud of their staff. When you live in a hotel away from family its hard. But all the staff, even the cooks. Make you feel as if you are apart of their family I truly enjoyed my stay here.
