With a much-needed renovation nearly complete, this hotel has gone from drab to fab. New decor in public areas and rooms brings a fresh, modern look. The rooms still feature the same dated tub/shower combos that clearly show their age though. Free breakfast is far from gourmet, but it's FREE and there's always more than enough to choose from - including indulgent and healthy options. The fitness room is in good condition and has free weights and a bench as well as several cardio machines, making it easy to keep fit while on the road.

Appears to be a new hotel or one that has just underwent renovations. The decor in my king suite was very modern; I had no complaints. The front desk stuff were friendly and you can never go wrong with the Holiday Inn Cinnamon Rolls during breakfast. I'd recommend.

Stayed here as part of a wedding block. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very comfortable stay. While we were there it looked like they were renovating the dining/entrance area. We forgot a toothbrush and the main desk provided one for us complimentary. Very nice!

This is one of the nicer hotels that I've ever stayed at. Everything is clean, the rooms are furnished with above builder grade materials that make the stay feel luxurious. The room even had a sitting couch! The bed was uber comfortable and even came with contrasting hard/soft pillows. The contenential breakfast was decent, with eggs and pancakes and biscuits with gravy.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was newly renovated and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly also.

Easy check in. Very comfy room. So many pillows, extremely comfy bed. Newly remodeled rooms. Looks for nice. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Plenty of seating for breakfast.

This hotel seemed a little older but was in great shape. The bed was new and very comfy, they had lots of tv channels to choose from, and everything was clean-- including the remote. (They have special easy to clean remotes so I'm assuming they keep up with it). Staff wasn't super friendly when I got there but they got me my room keys so that's what's important. Best part is that Graeter's ice cream shop is in their parking lot!

They gave me a downstairs room that wasn't renovated and smelled terrible. But when I called the front desk they set me up with an upstairs room that had been renovated so the experience was pretty good but I wish they would have put me in a nicer room to start with.

The service has been great and love the room, its nice and clean and had no trouble sleeping, which is hard for me in hotel rooms because I miss my bed at home, so all in all, loved it

I got charged a $250.00 smoking fine for having a half smoked cigarette that wasn't lit or smoked inside the building or room. I always went outside to smoke and to respect the grounds outside I would knock the fire off of the cigarette and bring it inside and throw it away. I was treated very poorly by the staff after making a complaint about the cleaning person GOING INTO MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND TAKING MY ITEMS OUT. When I tried to address the situation with the manager he didn't want to talk to me and told the front desk attendant to tell me to call corporate. What a joke. Once I made the complaint I got charged the fine two days later. I feel that this was retaliation from my complaint. When I finally, after an hour of going back and for with the front desk attendant, talked to the manager and he would not give me the money back. He would NOT believe me when I told him that nobody smoked in the room. I feel like I got scammed I'm highly offended and feel victimized by this. I travel to that area ALOT and will not be staying there ever again. My advice to anyone is to not stay here. Very unprofessional people and environment.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. No room service that I could figure out, but the hotel is very close to many restaurants. My only complaint would be that the beds were uncomfortable and a lot of light came through the windows at night making it difficult to sleep.
