Love the waffles ..very friendly staff and they clean rooms daily.close to malls and plenty of resturants near

This place had me pay twice as much for 1 room with 2 beds. Said the extra bed made it cost twice as much. Woke up the next morning with with bite marks on my chest and around my right arm. I'm guessing it was bedbugs. Not sure. The advertising price on Google was $28 and I got to the site and ended up paying $60 because a long distant drive was exhausting. Oh well, zero 🌟 is not an option. 🤐🤐🤐

ROACHES were in our room!!!!Father complained about how the place did not match the photos and the man told us the rooms are better so we agreed to look, when we pulled up to the room the man had ran inside the room to turn on the lights. We thought this was weird and now we realize he did that for the roaches to run and hide. As we were watching tv i saw a bug on the wall, and pointed it out to my parents and they informed me that it was a roach so we grabbed our belongings and ran out the room. I️ wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here if your a clean person.

You get what u pay for! I requested NON smoking but my room reeked of smoke, even more when the air conditioner was on. Not sure the reason but the door frame was partially missing. Looked like the door had been kicked in. The lock wasn't secure, and there was a gap I could see through to the outdoors. There was glitter everywhere on the floor and the chairs. It was obvious that no one vacuumed. But despite all that the shower was HOT, the bed was comfortable and there was breakfast, and Thats really all I needed.

Me and my man had the best time ever. When got to the room we found no bugs and it was clean. So man throw up on the sink which must is ever sturdy if you know what I mean.😉 the sheets was also very clean, well was is the key word. So yes me and my man had an amazing time and have no complaints also the front desk man was very nice

Location was good as it was right off the interstate. After a certain time you have to go thru a drive-thru to check in so made me wonder if it was a bad neighborhood. Rooms were good for the price we paid but they didn't have any air flow in the room until you turn it on so it had a little bit of an initial smell. Fridge was making a ticking noise which was a little annoying.

I'll show you how clean there rooms are I took pictures of the filth I cleaned. I have a service dog and even had to go buy a comforter to put on our bed he didn't even want to stay in our room we took two friends with us and was very embarrassed that we booked a room here we stayed there seventeen years ago and it was a very nice hotel then now it a nasty pig sty the worker at the front desk was worried about my service dog being in the breakfast area my dog is cleaner than any room you would or could get there.well I was going to show pictures of my Clorox rags of the light switches and toilet and door knobs I cleaned witch looked like they even had feces on them but this sight doesn't give u the option of putting pictures on. I would never stay in this place again not to mention there were even bulbs missing in the light next to our bed and a child could get shocked and hurt by something like that so if you choose to stay at this hotel please check for things like that before you take your children in clean and check all lights the one missing a bulb had one on the other side but it never worked. I do have photos if your interested please contact me I'll send them to u. I would never put false info and this is the first I've ever given a bad review to any place. We couldn't get another room because it was so close to Kings Island last minute we wouldn't have been able to get two rooms next to each other. I left the evidence behind on top of the fridge raider so that they could find where I had to clean the room so that know it's true to.

Awesome hotel beautiful rooms. But staff was rude. And they had a pool but guests can't use it. I would've stayed somewhere else if I knew they treated there guests that way.

Im not a very picky about things and i never write reviews. But if some one would have told me that this place has roaches i wouldnt have spent my money. Customer service sucks during Check in very impersonal and the sidewalks are filthy, which should have been a clear indication that this place was unsavory.oh yeah the toilet ran all night and tbe tube was dirty. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids in a 2 bedroom suite. Everyone loved it. The valet was very gracious and accommodating and the woman at the front desk was awesome. She made the stay, before we even saw the room. The room was great; although the pull out sofa seemed a bit worn and the windows could stand

Perfect for a little get away. Bed was nice and comfy. Tv was decent size and we could control the temp easily. Definitely would come back.

Kind of difficult to find because it is set back from the main road. Check in clerk wasn't overly friendly, but out was very late. Rooms were very clean. Motion sensor lights were a little annoying. Great room for the price though.
