Tara, the receptionist during the day is super professional and nice and Steven is also wonderful! They helped me solve reservation issues and were very helpful. I missed breakfast and Steven went out of his way to offer me food and helped me to feel valued. This hotel is in a nice location surrounded by and close to food, shopping and gas. This hotel has a shopping area next to the check in and offers dinner, hot breakfast and to-go bags for breakfast. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. Great bed and big pillows. My room came with a fridge, microwave and a Keurig. There is a pool and a gym as well. And they offered me to use the pool. The business office for customers was closed.

This hotel could be five stars with just a few changes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot is well lit. The staff is very friendly. It is quiet here. Everyone on the staff is very nice. They have recycle containers in the main lobby and on each floor. That is good. The fitness center is open 24 hours.

Now for the downside: It was impossible to get the temperature down below 76 in the room. Since it was Christmas Eve or Christmas night-I cannot remember which day-I did not expect it to be fixed that day. I was later told that there a second thermostat under the window. There was not one.

The second negative is that the room has bulbs that must be 25 or 40 watts. Please bring a flashlight if you expect to read in bed or in a chair.

With great customer friendly people here, it would not take a lot to go to 5 stars.

Very nice and clean hotel. It is very nicely updated. Through staff was super nice and helpful. I found the room to be nice, but the bathroom is very basic and could use a little TLC. We stayed in a whirlpool room and the tub was great. The water temperature could be improved as could the jets. The tub could also use a little rechaulking. The hotel is in a pretty industrial spot so the weekends there isn't a lot of traffic around. There also are not that many restaurants or things to do around. You have to drive a few exits on one of the highways. Not a huge deal to me, but may be to others. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay.

This hotel is our home away from home. We stay here every time we are in Cincinnati for our daughter's doctor visits. The staff are wonderful, and the hotel is always clean.

Very quiet and pleasant for a business trip. The Junior Suite is the perfect size for getting work done and relaxing after long days visiting customers. The water is notably soft and moisturizing!

Nice hotel. Beds are very comfy. Everything was clean. Only complaint is that breakfast isn't comped. But, not everything can be perfect. Would stay here again.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was huge. It even had 2 bathrooms. Pool area was nice but it didn't have the jacuzzi that was shown on the web site photos. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The water pressure is good but it is VERY soft water. I do not like feeling as if I still have soap after repeated rinsing. The hotel advertised digital key when booking but the system is not in place as of now. The television is also very small. I guess I just expected more from a Hilton brand.

Had a nice stay after my cousin's wedding. After reception drinks were served at the bar in the lobby. Very overpriced drinks but the atmosphere was solid. Bartender was not as attentive as I would have thought with the smaller size bar layout. But overall it was a nice experience. Will definitely go back when in the area!
