Very clean. The staff during the week are very friendly & helpful. Staff on the weekend aren't as friendly or helpful. This hotel is nice for a little get away. Gas station & bob evans are right across the street & wal mart is only 3 miles away. Very good location.

At first appears clean & basically equipped. Then Mgr. decides he has rights to know every detail of your life because you are staying under his "red roof". We were in town visiting a dying relative, so we went day by day due to concern over health. He wanted to know everything from how & when we were coming & going to hospital. My prescriptions were stolen out of my luggage where I had them hidden. It was a very strange & poor experience all around. The stolen goods was the least of thevworst of it, which says a lot about had bad the customer service was!

Not bad, staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room didn't offer much other than bare necessities. I'd stay again for decent rates but wouldn't go out of my way.

They had a very nice deal for us since we were starting there for Cincinnati Children's Hospital. We only ended up spending around $45 per night. Room was clean, beds were cozy, but the pillows were quite flat. Room had everything we needed, but I don't think there was room service, which was fine by us. The nights were quiet and the AC worked great. All around great, simple hotel fir an affordable price.

We're attending an event across the street st Crowne Plaza, but staying at RR because the price was half that of the former. Room is immaculate, spacious, and well-lit. There's plenty of desk space and tons of outlets. Great choice of TV channels (I don't have to miss the F1 Japanese Grand Prix while away from my home). Would, and probably will, stay here again.

No frills, but the room was clean and in mostly good condition, and the wifi worked fine. Our bathroom was only stocked with two bath towels for four people, and the pillows were very flat. Also, one of the comforters had a few noticeable holes. But the location was ideal for our visit - very easy to get to from the highway. Overall no major complaints, but nothing stood out as amazing either.

I needed an inexpensive one night stay to take care of some personal business. I used one of those web sites that compares everything. I have never stayed at a Red Roof Inn. For the price I got a clean room and a very comfortable bed. Why not five stars? I was a little concerned about safety. The doors open to the outside and it looked like the safety latch had been pulled out of the door frame before. There was a chemical smell that may mean someone had smoked in the room previously which is not the hotel's fault and finally the chair had some stains on it so I used a towel to sit in the chair. The staff performed well. Over all if I need an inexpensive night stay I think Red Roof Inn is a good repeat choice.

The hotel had been recently renovated so everything looked nice on the inside, though the outside was a little rundown. We ordered a non smoking room and the first room we got had clearly been smoked in recently. The gentleman at the desk was rude when we asked for a new room and tried to blame the smell on glue from the remodel. He relented and the new room was much nicer. Just know that you're getting a budget friendly hotel and your expectations should be met.

Nice rooms, although quite small. The AC unit was very small and could not get the room down much from 75. Staff was nice and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

Great location right off the highway, friendly employees. The linens were clean but the covers had cigarette burns in them. Obviously patched holes in the walls. Great water pressure in the shower but the drain was slow and I had to shower quickly to avoid overflowing. For $80 you can probably do better. Not the nicest place but I was safe and got some sleep.

I had very nice executive suite, provided at the same rate as regular room, because of a reservation mix up. It was a great stay. House keeping was also offered daily

Hotel room was great. Staff was very friendly. Décor was very modern and very appealing! Complimentary breakfast was nice too! This place would be nice to stay for pleasure visits as well. Would definitely stay at this place again!
