Gosh I don't even know where to start but the place is so so so bad
You can even notice it by the front desk, the floor is not clean even at the entrance it looks ugly
Me & my fiancé book the hotel it looked nice on the website pictures but once there we were so disappointed and couldn't stay even for one night so we left and looked for another hotel close by
They charged us for the night and asked if we could be given us another room but no way the room was so sinist, dirty, toilets dirty😠😠😠

This hotel does not deserve even 1 star. It is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. To be honest, it is not safe if you have any children. Not clean at all and bed bugs. I had to get rid of all the clothes I brought with me. It has a very nasty oder. I do not recommend this hotel.

Place was extremely nasty. Our room was nasty and smelled like sewage. We wanted a non smoking room and was told they were out. So I had my mom call after getting the room and they said they had plenty of non smoking rooms. Pool was absolutely disgusting. The water was green. I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me to. This place needs to be shut down.

Not exactly what I was expecting from pictures that were on the website. Lobby looked nice, but the room needed repairs and could use updates. We picked this hotel because it had a pool so our girls could swim. But, after seeing the room, I wasn't surprised to see trash laying on the chairs. The pool water looked milky. No towels available in pool area. Probably won't return. Very dissatisfied.

The outside of the hotel and lobby make you question your choice, but the rooms are very nice and comfortable. A little updating in the lobby could be nice and breakfast consists of muffins, fruit and masked your own waffle which is definitely better than nothing, just bit the greatest. Overall, I'd stay here again as it is close enough to Cincinnati and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

Spend a little more and stay somewhere else!
We had booked 2 QUEEN non smoking adjoining rooms months before our planned trip to the zoo. When we checked in they told us we could not have adjoining rooms and had to have smoking rooms. After some discussion they "found' us adjoining non smoking rooms however
    1. The were full beds not queen (never offered a refund or anything)
    2. the rooms were filthy
    3. the back of the toilet that connects the tank to the bowl was cracked and broken
    4. the shower drain was clogged with hair and wouldn't drain
    5. one of the rooms A/c was not working well to keep the room comfortable
    6. one room did not have a smoke detector just wires hanging from the wall

then we got to the pool:
    1. a young child threw up in the pool and the front desk people asked "well is it bad?" and had to be encouraged to take care of the problem, although there were already many things floating in the bottom of the pool and it was obvious it wasn't clean, the tile in the pool area/ the floor in the pool room had green and black mold or mildew.
    2. the skimmer does not have a door and is just open
    3. there were 2 small holes in the side of the pool near the 4 ft marker, one was an inlet without any cover and it sucked an adults back and skin to the wall and left a bruise.

On Sunday before we left we went down for breakfast, mind you this is not the modern continental breakfast. They had muffins, bagels, waffle/pancake things and cereal. But they are very quick to put everything away and shut off juice dispenser even before people are done with breakfast. Although they do post times as being until 9 am, so at 8:55 they are closing it down!

It appears that a family runs the place and it is hard to communicate with them as there is a language barrier.

Oh and they didn't want us to take a birthday cake to our room because it could cause a mess. LOL

STAY AWAY HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I just tried making a reservation for one of our employees and spoke with the rudest staff member I have ever encountered at a hotel EVER. I asked for simple information for my employee like a confirmation number and the price of the stay. He refused to give me any information on the reservation I was making and kept asking if I wanted to cancel the reservation. I had to ask him over 5 times for the confirmation number and total amount until he finally gave it to me but he made sure to ask me "Why do you need the total for the hotel? Do you want to cancel or keep the reservation? We don't have email to give you the confirmation number." So then I finally ask if he can fax it and he angrily says he can but still is asking why. I ask to speak to his manager and he says no he is not here. He refused to give me his manager's name or contact information and I asked over 5 times to speak with his manager. He finally says his manager's name is Bob but he is not here and will not give me a phone number. He continues asking me if I want to cancel, do I want to cancel, so I said you know what yes I do!! He then says "thank God I don't want to deal with this anymore anyway" and hangs up on me R U KIDDING?!? I have never been so insulted in my life. I make reservations all day long and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. It was like it was a crime for even calling this establishment. This employee should be fired he has no right to yell, interrupt and argue with paying customers!! I would never recommend anyone to call here so I can't imagine how it is actually staying here! Once again, BEWARE worst hotel reservation I have EVER ATTEMPTED to make.

Easy to find, close to the highway, but not much around to stop for a quick bite to eat. Mostly sit down restaurants that were already closed when we arrived, they also Shut down the free breakfast at 930 am,which seemed a bit early to me.

Very slow internet and slim pickings on the breakfast. Worst Baymont I've stayed at, was not what I expected and I was disappointed in Baymont for putting their name on this. Nothing special.

Easy to get to. Affordable. Rooms were okay. Floor could have used some extra vacuuming. Pool was a little over-chlorinated. Pool floor needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and had all the basic things you would expect a hotel room to have. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was good. Main reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five is because one of the elevators scared me a bit when I had to use it. It would jump a little after you pressed the button to the floor you wanted to go to and it made lots of creeking sounds. The other elevator didn't due this, thankfully, but I was unable to control which elevator I got when trying to go up or down floors. All in all though, wasn't a bad stay.

Place looks okay upon walking in but looking closer, you can see little attention to cleanliness poor maintenance (despite advertisements the establishment had been newly renovated). Front desk clerk looked like she hated her job, was unfriendly and when I asked her if I could inspect the 2 rooms before paying, she declared it is not something they allow. I was taken aback since every motel/hotel I've ever been to, will allow me to inspect that the room meets my standards. We decided not to stay and asked her for the manager's name and head office number. She refused to give us either, saying if we want it we can look it up. As we walked out, she was yelling at us, to the amusement of what looked like her boyfriend hanging around the desk in the foyer. Considering the cost of a room here, there are cleaner, cheaper and better service alternatives nearby. We ended up at the Red Roof Inn in Sharon. It was cheaper, staff very nice and accommodating and the rooms were surprisingly clean. Baymont Inns in general seem to be okay. This one is a pokmark on the group and this lazy, crazy woman seems to be a good example of what you will find at this location.
