It is only open to the guest at the hotel, and you ARE NOT allowed to eat there. They are only open for breakfast for the guest. They would not serve me.

The rating says it all but I'll share a little bit of why we hated it. We waited 45 minutes for the food to be delivered to our table and then it was so bad in so many ways there is not enough room here to say. Even the complimentary desert the waitress gave us to take with us to try and rectify the situation was so bad that it was thrown away. We will never be back and would not recommend to anyone, no matter how much I didn't like them.

Chicken and Waffles is not "chicken strips served next to waffles"; a Tortilla Burger is not a "large burrito", and Solo's isn't so much a diner as it is a generic family restaurant whose primary purpose seems to be serving those who are staying at the Best Western but don't have a car to drive them to a better restaurant.

Service is slow, you wait 10 mins or more to be seated by the waitress, the servers disappear after they bring your food and never return unless to give you check.
Prices are too high. If you plan on eating here, bring a book, you may finish it before being served or waited on.

Good food and great service. If you're looking for a quick meal, this place has decent hamburgers and sandwhiches. The prices are cheap and the place is clean. I would recommend this place if you work near the Wichita airport and don't want to drive far.
