Genuinely dissatisfied with the new Regal ownership. I have been to the movie twice since the ownership change and have been dissatisfied both times. Both movies were seen before 5pm during “slower” hours and the theaters and bathrooms were dirty with trash sloone across the floors. The theater wasn’t cleaned before the start of our movie and we had to remove trash from our cup holder just to put our drink in it. The food and customer service seems to have decreased in quality dramatically. Enough so that I hope another theater company steps up there customer service and experience. I would go to another theater and try others not owned by Regal.
Went to see last flag flying. Didn't realize it was in a premium theatre. Senior discount was still over $30 for two. Movie was good, seating was good but not worth an extra $15-20 bucks. Then the food. Supposedly better food selection than at the diner. Ordered two hot dogs w fries and coke slaw and two medium sprites. Probably the worst $30 bucks I have ever spent for food. Slaw was one bite and fries were worse than McDonald's. Horrble. I felt bad for the folks ordering wine. One glass was $10 bucks. Unreal. Regal must be wanting the public to pay for this acquisition awfully bad with these prices. Never again. Definitely wasn't worth $60 bucks.
M favorite for over 15 years, the Warren never lets me down. Recent takeover by Regal chain hasn't changed the experience or the theater, so I'm relieved to still enjoy (East side) stadium seating, lounge for chat and drinks before or after the show, and decent food for lunch or dinner, as well as good snacks. I love that the Sunday afternoon Senior discount gets me in for $6.00. It's the cleanest theater I've ever been to. Even when crowded, it has enough parking and a good flow to the various theaters. Tip: arrive 30 minutes before any show to get seats in that sweet spot: center row, center screen height.
Fantastic experience! We sit on the 21 age requirement side! The seats are so comfortable, with heat control and reclines to put your feet up! My son and daughter treated me to a movie night, and dinner, it was unexpectedly delicious! When you arrive, you get to reserve a spot, l believe it allows you to do it online as well! We had a blast, great food, and really clean, comfy seats! Best way to visit a movie theater! Clean restrooms.
First off I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the following reasons that really irritated me on our last visit.
First off; is that you can't view or download the menu beforehand on the new web site. This made it so much easier because we would already have a clue on what we wanted so we weren't standing at the register deciding and holding up the line for other customers. Secondly; just let me say I love the new assigned seating, but with that being said, last week when we went I found our seats and some guy was sitting in one of them. He moved down a couple of seats when I asked, but guess what, about 5 minutes later another couple walked in and he was in their seats. This time the lady became upset and kind of caused a seen. I think the theater should have a better policing method to stop some of the movie jumping.
Like I said before I do love the new assigned seating and being able to skip the line to get tickets. The staff seemed friendly and the theater was clean so that is why I gave the 2 stars instead of just 1.
Great atmosphere. 1st time coming to a theater this size. Grabbed a few food items and a hard drink. It was an all around great experience.
I took my kids to see the anniversary showing of Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan. Being able to catch some of these Fathom events is one upside to the sale to Regal Cinemas. Another convenient plus is the use of a QR code when purchasing tickets online - no need to stand in line to pick up paper tickets. One big downside is the move to paper bags for popcorn. The butter leaks through.
Nice and comfortable seats, great sound and excellent screens.
There is an entire area for adults so it's great for date night or a night out with friends.
The food is yummy, the staff is friendly.
Get there early.
I prefer the Warren 21, it's a great way to see a movie. I love it when The Voice of The Theater comes on and the curtains begin to lift. I press the button to recline and turn on the seat warmer in the comfortable and roomy electric recliner. The proprietary Wave sound system is delightfully "All around you" and turns a simple movie into a Cinematic Experience! I saw Wonder Woman there most recently and enjoyed a very nice mixed drink called Pandora after the film Avatar. It was a super tasty cocktail! All in all the Warren 21 is all I ever wanted in a movie theater, kudos!
This theatre is AWESOME! My husband and I were just visiting the area and wanted to catch Beauty and the Beast. We chose this theatre even tho the prices are a little high - but you're not just buying a ticket, you're buying an experience. When we came in the main lobby we saw a diner and decided to get food to take to the movie. My sandwich was delicious and my hubby's nachos were decent, but the standout was the side of real mashed potatoes! The food was presented quickly, and we began the trek to auditorium 6. Be sure you allow plenty of travel time from the main entrance to the furthest showings. That's the only criticism we have. Walking to the theatre we passed employees in usher uniforms, and there were retro lights and accents everywhere. There were also pics of old and new stars - very old Hollywood! The recliners in the theatres themselves are very comfortable, and heated if you desire. Then the final touch - a velvet curtain raises as a voice welcomes you to the show! Very few previews, no commercials like other chains have done. And then there's an adult area upstairs that we didn't visit but want to.
We greatly recommend this as not just a movie but as a wonderful date night, or destination for friends to spend an evening. As Mikey's brother is fond of saying "try it, you'll like it".
Nice theatre. Seating is pretty comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. But expect to pay for it and expect to be told how nice it is half a dozen times in the pre previews
Love the 21 theatre. The heated and reclining seats are amazing. The food is good too and the drinks are great. Best movie theatre I've been to.
I'm not big movie fan and will only go for the movies I find worth my time and money. When I do go, I always find the 13th street Warren as one of the best theaters I have ever been to, and I've been to many around the world. Warren sets the bar for what a theater should be. Theaters are always clean (no gross factors), restrooms are kept up, and staff is always making it right. The addition of the "Warren 21" makes a fantastic get away when you just want to relax in their ultra comfortable reclining/ heated seats that are well spaced from others. The "21" is limited to those over 21 years old so no teenagers or kids to put up with.
This is my favorite movie theater of all time. Especially the 21+ is very comfortable and heated seats. All the staff are helpful and toilet cleaned. Fantastic place for a date 😍
Love the 21 theater! You pay a little extra but you get to enjoy one of the most comfortable movie experiences around. The seats are large heated recliners and you also have an adjustable tray so you can eat in comfort as well. The food is nothing special and I would honestly skip it.
