I would give negative review if possible. This was one of my favorite theaters but ever since Regal took over this place has gone to garage! I bought 5 tickets December 4th for my fathers birthday to Star Wars opening night online. When I went to pick them up they said that there were no tickets even tho they charged me over $50. Ruined the night for my family and when I asked for a refund they said there was nothing they could do and that I would call their corporate hotline. I called the next day they said they could do anything and I would have to get a refund from my bank!
Beyond angry!!!
LOVE their movie themed drinks and throwback showings! The Director's Suite is perfect for dining while watching; be it date night or a kid friendly experience.
Used to be the best, new owners are cheap Popcorn tastes awful and has think shell husks, the food quality has gone way down too. New Chicken fried steak tastes like leftover meatloaf with cat food filler. The crust is nasty and the gravy is now only a tablespoon or two. My mashed potatoes looked like French Fries and I didn't get the listed pretzel stick without complaining. Server didn't care, food delivered by kid without care either. The seats are not wiped well and showing wear It's going downhill to say the least.
Giving it a 1 rating because of the new Regal Theatres website. It's hard to understand and I can't even find balcony seating on it. It seems like Regal is a big machine with zero care for the customer. The Warren website was AMAZING. Completely user friendly! Please don't ruin the actually theatre like you already have the website, Regal.
Use to be a great theater but will never go back. Service was slow ordered a cup of coffee and only got half a cup. And apparently it's ok to talk and play on your cell phone while there not once did I see any staff tell the groups of people to stop being on there phone. And the staff walked right by them countless times while they were on there phone and having a conversation. Wish it didn't change owners. All the warrens are going down hill
So very unimpressed with Warren in general lately. Ever since Regal has bought Warren nothing is the same INCLUDING the hospitality. Tried to get tickets for a 7:00pm R-rated movie with my boyfriend who is VERY clearly over the age of 18 years old. I had my own ID, but the unkind lady at the front wouldn't allow me to buy the tickets unless we both had our identifications. She told us sorry without looking sincerely sorry at all and waited for us to move on out of line. Not coming back here again. Service and hospitality of Warren theatre has decreased since the new company has been brought in. Saddening but true.
Last night I spent almost $100 to see a movie. Totally regretting it!
Loved the the movie! loved the theater!
Service was horrible!
Decided to go see a movie in the director's Suite. That was $32 for tickets!
Spent almost $60 on dinner and drinks!
Food WAS NOT good at all!!
After waiting 40 min for our drinks and a side of ranch (with our lights on), I had to leave the movie, go down the elevator to find someone, to find all the wait staff standing downstairs just chit-chatting with a manager.
I told the manager what had happened and he asked who my waiter was and it was the guy standing right next to him.
Manager shot him a dirty look and said he would fix it right away.
And then when the waiter comes up stairs to cash me out he was totally rude but did say they took 10% off of one of our meals!!
I laughed and told him I would add it back on and that would be his tip.
Mistakes happen! Its how you react and correct them that defines good service!
The boif surprised me with dinner and a movie tonight. From the ticket buying experience to leaving the theater, was A+! Very friendly staff and the food was good. We ordered a hot hot Italian Club, and split it. It was filling for both of us. My only complaint was the popcorn they gave us was cold and stale, but they corrected that by the way. The movie was okay, but the experience here was wonderful.
Great cinema that offers a great menu and drinks selection. Love how you can order food and drink from your seat and it comes to you. Seats are really comfy and gives you lots of space. Only cost a couple of bucks more than the other Warren cinemas. Well worth a trip
Alright food. Spacing betwee. Seatings is great. Food is serviced at your seat. But people eat during the movie, and that may annoy some.
My husband and I love going here to enjoy movies. It's the best place to get the best seats and food/drink.
Worst experience ever. We ordered an appetizer drinks and food. When they came with food they forgot appetizer and when we said something the server took said food with him to go get the appetizer. When he returned the food was now cold and still forgot the sauce for said appetizer. When I complained that my food was now cold they took the food back and 30mins later when my husband went to check on what was going on they acted like I just didn't want the food when I clearly told them it was cold. We will NEVER go back.
A great movie going experience! Love that they bring food and drinks to your seat in the movie. I thought it would be distracting, but it wasn't at all. The food is great as well! Try the sliders!
Not just a theater but a bar and dining facility that's both a great atmosphere and a fun experience. This place has a great atmosphere both chill and relaxing. Before your watching the movie you planned to come to with a date, group or even by yourself you can place an order for some nice hot plate of food, which they have many varieties of that consist of Nachos, Burgers, Fries, Wings or if you want some nice refreshing beer. They got it. You can also order between the movies if you didn't have your fill. The place is well kept and clean, workers are nice and polite. Just the perfect spot for a movie and a dining experience you wont forget, depending on how much you drink.
