  Honestly, these apartments are not at all what I signed up for. The unit I am in is nothing like they show online, in fact, a lot of what is shown online is not like it really is. My units carpet has burn holes all over it, especially in the bedrooms, and when maintenance painted, they got paint all over the floors and furniture. Window screens were loose or missing, windows leak, or have broken latches. The dishwasher was falling apart, the appliances- like the dryer and dishwasher- do not work optimally. Maintenance seems to not know what they are doing when they come. There are bugs everywhere-beetles, big spiders, ants, cockroaches. When I moved in, I requested to have it sprayed and so far, nothing has happened. Staff is fine. I have not personally had any problems with staff, they are friendly. Some of them seem to not really know what they are doing, though. The internet is not horrible, but the cable sucks. It does not come in clear on my TV. Thankfully, I do not watch cable often, I usually use netflix using my PS4. It is an alright place for your first time on your own, its livable, but far from ideal. There is a lot that needs to be done here. Perhaps look elsewhere before turning here.

  Was happy to have a place of my own to live, however these apartments are far from ideal. They are insanely dirty. If you wear white socks the bottoms are black in under half an hour. Spiders everywhere. Cockroaches the management try to pass off as "beetles." Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Complaints and maintenance requirements are not met in a timely manner. My doors were half painted when I moved in & upon having them RE-PAINT them they still didn't cover it all. Mold on the ceiling. Windows leak. Doesn't look anything like the pictures online or the model apartments that are shown on tours. It's an underwhelming experience to say the least..

  I can honestly say that this is not the ideal place to live. Would not recommend. Not to mention I feel like I'm getting robbed on my electric bill.

  I love it how everyone is so nice and the staff is so helpful! It's pet friendly which is also another perk. The community events are a lot of fun to go to and I meet new people every single time I go!

  The worst management I've ever delt with. Roaches, black mold, and walking In your apartment without any notice. Highly highly suggest finding another place.

  Great apartment, great atmosphere. I've made a lot of friends and wouldn't have lived elsewhere. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

  Awesome management that will go the extra mile for you. Maintenance always fixes anything in such a timely fashion. Would not live anywhere else!
