This is a great arena for all sorts of events. Always clean, great shows, friendly staff and all. Definitely worth seeing your favorite entertainment at this lactation without having to go to Oklahoma City or Kansas City for a good show.
Great place to feel like you are stage front even from the back. Easy free parking access with a short walk to the venue. Also dinning local is easy as well.
The arena is a great place to visit for events. The restrooms are plentiful and always clean. There is a wide variety of food options that are typically priced for sporting events, but not over the top. The main complaint is there is very little leg room between each seating row, which is typical in new arenas, but is still uncomfortable when you are taller.
I'm giving a three because I've only had one bad experience to date. We went to the hockey game on the 18. My daughter and I went to get a snack. We ordered a bucket of fries, fried mushrooms and a few drinks. After waiting almost 20 minutes we were told they were out of fries and issued a refund for the fries. It was another 25 minutes before we finally received our drinks and mushrooms. That's right 45 minutes for two drinks and an order of mushrooms. Absolutely ridiculous. I will refrain from purchasing snacks at the arena in the future.
I go often for Hockey and even though every year the security gets more and more insane, it is still a great place.
Also, whomever they hired as the chef for the Cox Lounge is amazing. I had a Banh Mi sandwich and even though it was so spicy it made me cry it was absolutely amazing. I never expected an arena to have food that was worth the price, and I never expected to get something so stupidly spicy in an arena, but it was amazing. I ate it three days ago and I am still thinking about how great that was.
I've been to two shows here and it's always easy to enter and exit the building. Sound quality is good for shows and seats are fairly comfortable.
Do not attend events here if you can't afford the luxury seating. Regular seats are tighter than flying coach. The steps are way way too steep, especially for older people or people with any sort of knee, hip or leg issues. If you are 5'7" or taller your knees will probably be almost (if not truly) touching the person in front of you.
Honestly, worst stadium experience I've ever had. Plus, the food selection was cheap. Same 2 restaurants repeated & each only offered a handful of selections.
Setting is very poor,, concert was great, but setting could keep me from going back. No room, l am 5'8" 165# and I was very cramped. We have been to five concerts total and we say will never come back this time maybe the last
Amazing atmosphere, I have attended concerts, hockey, and other events everytime I have a great experience! Food is about 10 dollars a person but well worth it, I have yet to find something that hasn't filled me up. Leg room could improve but I was expecting this seeing that I am 6ft but I manage well as-long as no one needs out of the row. Floor seats could improve at the concerts, we have had trouble seeing the stage because of the angle we were at on the floor so save some money and sit in the stands.
Saw Paul McCartney here. Amazing show. Relatively easy to find parking nearby the arena. Been to several concerts and events here. Great facility and plenty of staff to help you.
Fantastic design! Large windows to that overlook South Central Wichita & Kellogg (what a wasted view). The newly built arena serves as the main large facility for the Wichita, KS region. There are hardly any reasonable parking options Even paid parking is 2- 3 blocks from the main entrance.
Had so much fun at concert. Good venue. Decent prices on food and drinks.
Not a bad experience. Nice arena. The $5 popcorn bucket I would expect popcorn and not just tiny crumbles of what is left on the bottom of the popcorn popper.
This is our new place for concerts! We used to go to KC for concert but the InTrust Bank Arena is a really good place. It's big enough for that concert feel, but small enough that there isn't a bad seat in the house. AND it is considerably cheaper than other large venues! That, plus parking is a dream and there seems to pretty tight security but it's not intrusive. We really like this place and plan to attend many more events here!
Every time I have had a great experience! Parking can be hard to find if it is a sell out event but most it is easy if I'm early. There is special handicap parking. Staff have always been very helpful!
