Misrepresented as a five star when it's more like a 2. Rooms are relatively clean but not nearly up to the standards that are expected of a Sheraton. Shuttle is useful but only if you have 30 minutes to wait because scheduling it doesn't matter. Staff is consistent with a 2 star hotel. Accommodating as possible but working with limited resources. Would not recommend.

Location was very close to the airport which was awesome since Orlando airport is super busy it seems. Also very close to a ton of places to eat. The room was very clean and made you feel welcome. Service was great. You did have to pay for parking which I thought was kind of ridiculous since most of the hotels in the area do not charge for parking.

Nice and Low-key but luxury. everything you need. not too much and not too little. one of the most comfortable stays I've ever had. area is perfect. 10/10

My friend and I won a two night stay here and we had a great time. The room was very comfortable and I liked how they had a mini fridge. The service though was what made it for me. When I went to check out, there was a problem as the company who gifted me the stay had not prepaid and I was being charged for the stay. Cassie at the front desk was so patient with us and our situation. She talked on the phone to the business for us, sent needed forms to them and handled the situation all while helping other guests. I just wish I knew how to contact the manager here so I could commend Cassie for how great she was. We would not have known what to do without her.

We stayed here with our two large dogs when we lost power during Hurricane Irma. The hotel is nice, rooms are all suites with couches and a desk/work area. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. Very accommodating and dog friendly place. Will definitely recommend in the future.

The suites are cute. Pool is very cool. 2 in one. The Jacuzzi was cool. These guys are solid goldthey were open today.During Hurricane Irma! And tomorrowlord willing.
I applaud the workers there.
My ass flew out this morning. Lol
I couldn't turn down a free airline ticket out of a hurricane!? Sheraton staff were great.response / report this review -

Very nice suite, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, I would say, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, and the pillows, just right softness.
We ordered the room service for dinner for 2 person, I just had a salad, was quite expensive, $88, and the value is just not there. The quality and value of the food could be improved.
But the hotel seems clean,it is kind off the road a little bit, so it's not full of noise. I like it to stay at a quiet and clean facility when the city is full of tourist trap, the suite we stayed was roomy, I would definitely stay again when I come to Orlando again.response / report this review -

I had such a great stay at the Sheraton, the hotel staff was so acccomodating and friendly! My favorite part about the Sheraton Suites was the bartenders and the amazing food!! I had a long stay and ordered just about everything on the menu by the time I left and loved every dish I had! Thank you to Morgan, Felix & Melissa for such an enjoyable stay!

I come to Orlando frequently and always choose this hotel. Big pros for me are the well appointed rooms, luxury bedding, good food, and cleanliness. There is consistency in good customer service.

Positives: Lovely suite with lots of room. Friendly staff eager to please. Great location near entertainment and lots of good restaurants.
Negatives: Getting charged parking when told it was included in the booking price. Planes will not let you sleep in.
Overall I would absolutely stay here again, but I'd bring some ear plugs if you like to sleep in late.response / report this review
