Great rooms and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, as well. The only thing that could use an improvement is the availability of snacks and drinks for those of us working late into the night. The sundries shop closes at a certain point, leaving only the option of a limited-selection beverage vending machine (and the one on my floor was broken). Overall, though, it's a nice hotel in a great location convenient to downtown events.

Convenient location right on Lake Eola, and just 5 minutes from I-4. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some communication issues I was there for a conference, but the front desk staff was unaware of it, and somehow the cleaning crew didn't know about my late check-out, and came into my room to clean. Otherwise, a lovely hotel with a beautiful layout, fun interior bar, and nice breakfast buffet.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! They were the worst vendor to deal with for my wedding and caused unnecessary stress. The person who booked our event quit or was fired they had a assistant take over our block. Whom did not respond to emails. When I made management aware was told sorry and it wouldn’t happen again. It continued to happen and the manger herself didn’t answer emails. The “bridal suite “ I was given was smaller then every other persons room, and also had stains all over the coffee table, and water stains on the ceiling and walls near the ac vents. I made them aware 2 times and they didn’t try to resolve the situation or even respond. As a result I wasn’t able to get any photos with my wedding party at the hotel or getting ready and, The photographers had to drag my dress to the lobby to photograph it. After checkout I contacted the front desk mange Mary Cook to make her aware of the horrible experience. Her response “Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, you are among our most valued guests. We strive to provide gracious, engaging and caring service and sincerely appreciate your feedback and we're very sorry you were unhappy. We will take your comments under consideration as we continually work to improve our guest experience. We hope you will consider staying with us in the future.” I responded back expressing how that was a completely unnecessary response with them causing me to miss out on photos that I cannot duplicate or ever obtain and all the other issues I experienced. She didn’t even bother to respond! If they treat someone with a 4 day group block with multiple rooms reserved and who had a food and beverage event at their hotel this way. I cant imagine how they treat a guest staying just 1 night.

The location was excellent for the conference, food and entertainment in downtown Orlando. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Cleaning services were prompt and thorough. The walls were noticably thin whenever I had neighbors.

Large suites with plenty of space to accommodate. Nicer views onto the downtown Orlando city centre. Wonderful happy hour for hotel guests, and great service all around.

If I could put zero I would. I visited Florida for the first time ever, I was bit by bed bugs in the room. The rooms were outdated and the door key never worked. They also knocked on our door early in the morning when we had a do not disturb sign up. The employee asked to insert sound proof Windows, saying they didn't see the sign I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BED BUGS!!!! BED BUGS!! I have pictures to prove!

After hurricane Irma and having no power for days, I finally broke down and searched for hotel that would take my 2 dogs. Embassy Suites gratefully was able to accommodate. Wonderful staff, great room. Embassy is the only hotel I will be using from here on out.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a horrible time getting down to the hotel and they made the trip well worth the aggravation. The majority of the staff did an absolute wonderful job of making sure I had all that I needed and gave me peace about my 5 teenagers being out downtown. I had to go to the store pretty late at night and security walked over with me just to make me feel safe. Front desk, bartender, valet, housekeeping, all did such a fantastic job. One of the members of front desk even comped me 2 free drinks just because I had such a rough ride down! I read on the reviews that parking is pricey and yes it is but it is downtown Orlando. I can't wait to go back under better circumstances. Thank you to all the staff. I sincerely appreciate all the effort you went though for us.

Initially there was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but then they upgraded us to the presidential suite. The bartenders were very friendly and they had a free app happy hour. There was a good breakfast in the morning. All the staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful

Was there for a work event in one of their conference rooms, followed by happy hour. The room was a great size for our group and happy hour was also great. Private and yet open at the same time. I'm sure they will use again.

I had a wonderful experience booking and staying at this hotel. All the staff members were sweet and very accommodating. My room was clean and spacious and a quick walk to Church street or Amway Center. If it wasn't raining hard, I probably would of parked my car somewhere else as the valet fee is $23 (which is the average price for most valet parking in this area).

Great location. Right downtown. Priced at $200 it's about right. If you pull up to the hotel they charge you $23 for "mandatory " valet. You can park in the same lot on your own for about $10. Furnishings in my room were definitely showing their age. Pretty good overall

I love this hotel. The staff is kind and accommodating. I've never received a text from a hotel before but it's happened twice since I've stayed here. The hotel wants to know about my stay and if I need anything. That's unique. Also, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. I've had no issues since I've been here. I love the location. It's center in Orlando/downtown. I'd recommend this location to friends and would rebook a future stay.
