Amazing experience and the price was the best! We traveled with children and everything was clean, friendly, and just a great experience. We stayed for 4 days over the thanksgiving holiday and we even got to enjoy the pool. Staff was great and I have no complaints whatsoever. My whole family fell in love with the scent and quality of the toiletries that we ended up purchasing the full size at their store :)
The staff at the Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe were very friendly and accommodating. We were given the best service possible even though we arrived at 3 am. The hotel is clean and upscale and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal.
Staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean. Would stay there again.
This was a sufficiently good venue for a 3 day real estate training. The open area mixed well into the rest rooms which were off to the side, and then into the training rooms. The room temperature was a little cool but not too bad. There was room for snacks and drinks, plus another room reserved which served as an extra venue for VIPs. Parking surrounding the hotel was good and didn't have to walk too far.
Popped in for a quick sleep before travelling to Grand Canyon. Place was noticeably quite clean and bed was cozy. Would stay here again as a quick airport hotel
Great Service. Along with Pool, Bar and Lounge. Great spot to rest your head while your our for work or pleasure
Rooms are a bit dates but still nice. The staff is always friendly. The club changes for all alcohol which is different compared to most Cubs.
Convenient full-service hotel near airport & ASU. Comfortable and the rooms were well furnished with bedside power for phones and laptops. Great club lounge with great service. Plenty of hot food, fruit and other food for breakfast. Nice warm pool for swimming, but the jacuzzi jets weren't working
On the older side but still very nice. You know it was a top notch hotel a goes all the way to maintain that feeling. The employees are very friendly and ready to help. We met Lex the bartender who was familiar with the area and made great drinks while filling us in on the night life around Tempe. Very clean and employable.
The reviews are pretty bad but I didn't have a choice. However I was pleasantly surprised. Remodeling is happening and I got one of the newer rooms. Also the restaurant is pretty good and even has a second all Indian food menu. I've never seen that before. Also just like the other reviews. The staff has been very nice and they are the ones who make this place worth considering. They are the real stars.
Super comfy beds and pillows. Loved the dining area on my floor. Good for when you need a late night Diet Coke.
I attended the Arizona Space Grant Symposium here. The accommodations, food, and location were very good. Although the "Prickly Pear" room had a bad echo.
The hotel lobby was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. While small, the room was well lit and had plenty of necessary outlets for our electronics culture. We did experience an issue with a rogue bandaid left on an outlet from a guest prior to us that must have been missed by the cleaning crew. The bathroom was tiny but offered enough room for comfort and a corner sink. Overall, for the value this hotel was a good stay for a night before a flight.
Even with is proximity to the airport it was surprisingly quite. The room was clean. Fun service was fast. Everyone was really friendly.
The only gripe was the cigar smokers on the courtyard. I don't know if it was allowed or if they were turning a blind eye. But it was very annoying.
Even though I knew where I was going and didn't need to stop by the front desk, they still acknowledged me when I came in the front doors. The lobby was beautiful and the layout was so welcoming and straight forward. After my time there (visiting a career fair), as I was leaving, the employee at the front desk wished me a good day. The parking lot was well kept and even though there were many people there, it wasn't overcrowded. Its proximity to the freeway is a huge plus!
