It's a nice hotel. With unique floor plans. It's a good area as well.

I enjoyed the pool very much. Unfortunately, some hooligan was waving around what I thought to be a gun. Luckily, MESA PD was called and they got everything sorted out. 5/5

This place is so nice! I had to stay here when I came with my mom and cat for a college tour and we got such a spacious two bed room! My cat was happy and so were we! Will definitely come here again!

The location is great. It is within walking distance to Fiesta District and many shopping centers along with Banks. The rooms are full of color and spacious. The bed in my room was well made and centrally located in the room. The overall design of the room was made to feel as if your at home. There's art hanging on the walls and even one in the bathroom. Overall my stay was great and I will be staying at La Quinta again in the near future.

Super nice and great staff. The pool and hot tub were so nice at the end of the day. Breakfast wasn't bad either. And probably THE nicest smoking area I've ever seen.

Nice clean room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The elevator smelled a bit like dog urine. Beds were okay but not anything special. I was satisfied with the value for the price.

First impressions: everything looks new. Check in was easy, I reserved my room online and didn't have any issues when I got to the hotel. Decor was nice. When we got into the room: it was already cool. Summer in Phoenix, that's important. Bathroom was clean. The towels were big and the shower pressure was good. However once going to bed, we noticed one of the sheets was dirty. I'm sure the front desk would've given us fresh sheets had we asked. But it was late, so we just slept in the other bed. Amenities: the pool was clean. They offer towels by the pool so you don't have to use the ones in the room. The gym was small but adequate. Pros: newly remodeled, a/c works great, the breakfast had alot of options, the pool was nice. Cons: check your sheets, the walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallway and sometimes the rooms near you.

This was my second stay here, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location isn't bad at all, there is a mall within walking distance, few restaurants, coffee shop as well. Felt very safe being there. I will definitely be coming back when I visit Mesa.

Simple to find. Hotel is modern, and has a wonderful outdoor area to include a pool, hot tub, and gazebo. Hotel staff is extremely responsive and I had no issues my entire 5 day stay.

Wonderful hotel.fabulous room, love the separation between the beds and the living area. Couch was a sectional so lots of room. Separate desk area and coffee station. Elevators were fast and the pool was very nice. But the staff is the best reason for going----kind, attentive, informative and helpful. 24 hr market place for quick meals/snacks. Great breakfast----delicious.

La Quinta Inn & Suites has moves up in the world. Staff was very nice rooms were accommodating Breakfast was decent. However, the elevators are extremely slow. Please use either the stairs or make plans to include elevator time.

The hotel is fine. Clean but the breakfast ends by 9, and @ 9:07 I called the front desk if they didn't closed yet. The receptionist said they started to take it down. What is it, army camp? Especially some one like me who checked in by 3 am, I expect a little bit courtesy time to get there and have something. I don't think i can come again if I have another option.
