I have no complaints about my stay the place is clean and everyone is very polite. They have a shuttle but it doesn't go to the Pheonix-Mesa Gateway airport which really put a wrench in our plans. Their pool and hot tub was great I just wish I had used them more while I was there! There is also a beautiful courtyard where the pool and hot tub are located and it is very clean.

Over all a very nice place to stay clean neat well laid out good staff.. One of the nicer kitchen slash bars in this type of hotel nice atmosphere , more of a contemporary feel in a very good part of Phoenix. Has kind of a boutique Specialty feel to it

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was courteous and friendly. Smallish restaurant in the lobby had breakfast which was at hotel prices $$$ but was quick with Starbucks coffee. Location of hotel is VERY convenient to the freeway without being noisy. Didn't hit the pool so can't comment. Price was fair would def use them again.

Comfy bed. Generally clean. Walking distance to several conveniences. Staff set us up with a shuttle (at cost) to an event. Accommodated it needs perfectly. Dying one start due to some signs of aging in rooms.

Starbucks in the hotel! Hotel dining, restaurant with in walking distance, grocery store nearby. Quick easy and friendly check in check out. Clean room clean bathroom with awesome hygiene kit. Comfortable beds, quiet room, beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Adequate safety/security and lighting. Modern state of the art professional lobby including a touch screen TV with maps and information in the area. Nice lobby theater for business, watching TV grabbing a bite to eat or just having a cup of coffee. Overall satisfied - would stay again

Older but nice and clean hotel. I've encountered a few issues but the staff handled these efficiently and in a friendly manner. I would stay here again.

Close proximity to many places to eat, and a few nice bars. Starbucks in the lobby is nice! Rooms were clean and not worn down. Wifi is reliable up in the rooms.

Secured premise. Nice quaint rooms. Little pricey $$$. Clean quiet place. Lobby huge. Easy access if you room key. Staff was open friendly, helpful and made me and others comfortable. Plenty of parking. Nice terrace and court yard with pool. Lurxious little place.

Beds are comfy. Decent bistro. Cacti garden display is educational. Rooms are clean. A very popular Major league baseball team stayed here the last few nights so it can't be bad right?

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfy and clean. I did however find three mosquitos in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Booked a room at Fairfield Marriott HORRIBLE! Lucky the courtyard was right across the street explained the situation booked a room and LOVED IT they were so nice breakfast was delicious the rooms were clean unlike the Fairfield

The rooms were pretty small but nice overall for the price. Breakfast wasn't included, but if you want breakfast it's a huge increase in cost if you want breakfast included. Better off just going to an actual restaurant. The area is pretty nice, lots of local shops and businesses. Decent stay overall
