This past weekend I was in town on business and I booked at this establishment based on Reviews, but I must say I regret this decision.

The hotel itself was nice but the customer service and hospitality needs major improvement.
Upon Checking in it took about 20 mins for someone to notice I was standing there not to mention a security/valet individual was disgustingly rude and not to mention upon check out I had to wait while the front desk personnel finished their conversation and profanity before they decided to address me. This hotel totally lacks professionalism!

Save yourself the trouble there's plenty of other hotels nearby that are actually welcoming and worth your money.

My grandmother was staying here while visiting and one night we went down to the bar to get some drinks and food. It was advertised as a full service restaurant but the food took almost an hour to reach us with our appetizers and entrees arriving at the same time. The alcohol menu was alright but they were out of the local brews that they were supposedly distributing. The saving Grace was the room which was nice and well maintained except the room key did not work when we tried to enter and had to get security and maintenance to come fix it. (The batteries were dead, which isn't necessarily their fault) Another redeeming aspect was the pool and spa which had a great view of Tempe and the surrounding area and was very clean.

They have the worst valet I have ever experienced. The guy was very rude when delivering my car to me. As soon as he gets out he wanted to point out that the valet was free and they are gratuity system when I looked at him and said okay he immediately said I guess you don't understand what that means and walked away. First of all I am not a moron and I understand what a gratuity based system is and I do not appreciate being talked down to. I will never be returning to this place. Don't have free valet for events and then expect something in return. I would have gladly given the person a tip except for I do not carry cash on me and they did not accept debit or credit card tips. And after the way he spoke to me immediately I would never tip somebody that wanted to treat me in that manner. I recommend nobody stay at this establishment or use their conference rooms because they are rude.

Great location and surpsingly quiet considering Mill Ave is right behind it. Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Comfy beds, adequate water pressure in the shower, sliding door to the bathroom kept rolling open though. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was great. The pillows like most all hotels were too fluffy. The fact that they try to save water and electricity is awesome to see. The temperature control was easy to use. The conference went well and breakfasts and lunches were great. The hotel restaurant food was pretty good and the service was great. Overall a great stay.

Stayed here for my buddies bachelor party night. Right on Mill Ave so we we're super close to the night life. Valet parking was inviting and complimentary. Room was clean and overlooked the inner plaza area. Pool was outdoor on the 2nd floor and was a ton of fun. All hotel staff were professional and friendly. Thank you for making our night.

Great location for business meetings. Staff great. Rooms are comfortable with new furniture and nice beds but need to be maintained (ac loud, sink leak, non-smoking room previously smoked in). Minor but affects the experience.

I attended a professional event at Tempe Mission Palms Hotel, and the facility was clean and we'll laid out. The food was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Great staff is only reason I gave 3 stars.
The noise level is horrible. Could hear the person in the next room urinating, everything being said in courtyard 2 floors below, and in the hallway as well as the elevator sounding as if it was in my room even though there was a room and the ice machine room between my room and the elevator. Planes flying by low weren't as bloody noisy as the elevator. Hate to see how loud it is in the room next door.
Curious sight was a set of french doors opening to a 6 inch wide balcony.
Plus one of my biggest pet peeves. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in bath.

I've stayed at the Tempe Mission Palms a number of times and it's always been a great experience. Staff is attentive, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed and the buffet is delicious. It's also a great place for professional events.

Amazing hotel. Stayed here with my wife on a business trip to Tempe. She loved the pool and facilities. Within walking distance from many restaurants. Valet parking.

Great looking grounds. Had their lunch buffet in the Mission Grill. Prime rib, grilled pork, baked cod, plus others. Everything was delicious. Meeting room has nice and well stocked with coffee and pastries

The room was clean the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. They left us one free water bottle. The second one had a price tag on it. They also only had one set of towels in the bathroom even though it was booked for two. Luckily the cart and a friendly employee were nearby and gladly gave me a second set of towels. The pool looks great, we didn't venture out, too cold for me. There were other families enjoying it. The voices travel well from the pool to the room. So well we had a good laugh when the little kid down there announced to his dad that he didn't need to pee anymore. You will also be able to hear every conversation in the hall way as people pass by. So if you are a light sleeper this may not be the room for you. Maybe they have one farther from the pool.

I go to Harry's Place for drinks and dinner with the family one to two times an month. The crew are always amazing, the make you feel at home and very welcomed. Mr.P as they call him, is one amazing individual I have ever met. He never seems to disappoint yet he always makes me laugh and makes it a point to go out of his busy day to stop and say hi. Chris from NM the Bartender! Wow comedian at heart. Always a joy. Pretty much if your in town, or live in town. Head over and enjoy a nice relaxing environment. Tempe Mission Palms is top shelf and an excellent place to spend an evening.
