Everything was great at Doubletree. From the cookies, to the breakfast, to the comfort of the room, to the pool. I was only there for one night but of the several similar chain hotels on my trip, this was the most enjoyable.

Love this place. Quiet. Staff and the visitors are all very friendly. Reminds me of a time when hotels were actual built well and the standards were always high. Still is here!

The conference center was amazing. It had adequate room for a large work party. The breakfast was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix. Also great for large conference meetings.

Staff have been nice and attentive. Only down side is small but enough to justify a 4 instead of a 5. Signage around the outside of the hotel is poor. I had to do a circle around the hotel to determine where the front desk was so I could check in. I ordered pancakes at breakfast and that took 20 minutes because the cook "messed" them up.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly & helpful, and I could afford to stay here, plus there were economical restaurants in the area. For these reasons, this is my second pleasant stay here this year. I have not been disappointed.

You can access I-10, US-60, and many other major roads quickly and easily. I routinely attend events here and it's about as easy as any hotel to find. Sometimes, it's thinly staffed, leading to wait times for service. That said, most of the employees I've interacted with were very agreeable and provided whatever hello I needed. Although I haven't seen the hotel rooms, the lobby is small and can become loud with just a few groups speaking amongst themselves. On the positive side, it's easy to find someone if they're waiting in the lobby or outdoors.

I stayed here with an airlines voucher after missing a flight connection in Phoenix. The hotel seemed very familiar with the airlines and immediately gave us a room and a breakfast voucher. It has the typical amenities of a Hilton: small gym (used it-- treadmills, elliptical, free weights), breakfast, cable, pool. Staff was alert and helpful at early hours. I don't plan on staying there again as a destination, but it was a nice place to be on a layover.

Had a company conference meeting. Approx. 300 employees with new leadership attended. IT audio and video service was amazing from Doubletree Hilton. Snacks, water and seating all provided as was hook ups for presentation. Absolutely the best IT service I have seen in a long time. Met our needs and stayed to make sure we never experienced any problems. Would definitely recommend the setting if tour organization wants to hold a large employee meeting with leadership team.

Everything is great about this place. This is my second year here for work convention. Everything is around here and the pool is awesome! Definitely recommend the stay here. And rooms are clean.

First time in a long time that I have stayed at a DoubleTree. I was very impressed with the politeness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. It does have exterior hallways But the rooms are very nice and I never felt like I was in anything but a nice hotel. The restaurant is also quite good for breakfast. I did not have any other meals there but breakfast three days in a row and it was good everyday. not too much right around the hotel but within a few miles are restaurants and shopping.

Had such a wonderful wedding reception here. Robin made it so easy from day one to get organized and design the perfect night for us and our wedding party. Would recommend this place as the top location for an affordable and very accommodating place to have a reception.

I came in with a big tour group of forty-eight, and the staff could not have provided better service! While we were lined up waiting to check in, we were served water and cookies or fruit. The desk staff worked quickly and efficiently; when we got to the front of the line, the fellow checking us in could not have been nicer! I was able to received HHonors credit, even though the room was in my friend's name. You would have thought we were the first guests of the day! I only wish we were staying longer - the pool area looks lovely. Thank you very much!

Was here on a business trip.. I enjoyed my stay. Bed was comfortable, spacious room, Checking in and out was a breeze.. wish I had time to enjoy their heated pool.. the courtyard was beautiful.. wonderful service from the housekeeper. If i ever come to Phoenix again I'll hope its at this same location. Also was quite.
