I love their beds, so comfy soft. And no other motel I've been too has the 5 or 6 pillows on the bed like Mendoza does.

Don't work here until this place is run by someone else. I worked here for almost 7 months and loved my job until the new manager took over. They are renovating which is good for business but they do have cases of bed bugs. While i was working the manager mentioned having the things from an invested room getting burned so beware of the bugs. Rooms are spacious but book online for better prices and hope that you have no issues because there are reviews of the manager not getting back to people in a timely manner. BEWARE.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was a bit dated and stale but spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. Pool was clean. Interesting characters hanging around but otherwise a decent place to stay for the price.

Room was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but very nice. Very large flat screen TV, microwave, and mini fridge in room. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Sausage links, cereal, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, bagels, toast, coffee, orange/apple/cranberry juice, hot cocoa and more! My only issues were the fridge smelled bad and the room was musty. However, it was not the room they had planned for us, we asked to move to a different side of the hotel upon arrival. It is entirely reasonable to believe they didn't have a chance to freshen the room since they had prepared a different one for us initially.

The rooms were clean and there was more then enough room. I enjoyed my evening by walking to get dinner. Resturants are walking distance which I loved. Shower was roomy and refreshing. I found my hotel.

Not worth the money. Was told towels were at pool. Nope. No ice. One towel in a two bed room. Room was clean though. Air worked great. Won't stay here again.

Decent place for the price. Very quiet even though there seem to be quite a few long-term resident families there. DIRECTLY across the street from a Phoenix metro light rail station. Very convenient for downtown Phoenix concerts (light rail). Walls are NOT paper thin, so you don't hear the people next door. Bed was firm and comfortable.

Awful, experience! I made a reservation, but upon arrival they told me that my reservation could not be found. I attempted to show them my confirmation email, but they refused to take a look at it. In addition, the lobby was literally full of guests waiting for their rooms to be cleaned. This was around 4:00 pm. It turns out that some of them had been waiting hours and the staff told them it could be a few more hours. To top it all off, there was drugged out people wondering all over the place. It looked like a methadone clinic, or a half way house. I would not go to this hotel unless you are looking for a place to do some drugs.

The hotel is older but the room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and had a good selection. I would stay here again, good value.

This is a great budget stay in downtown Mesa. An older property, but with updates to the rooms so they're pretty comfortable, if not very modern. Fridge and microwave, which are always welcome. The staff was very courteous and helpful, when we needed more towels, they were delivered in less than 10 minutes. We did not stay long enough for breakfast or check out the pool area, but the hotel is in a great location close to the Mesa Arts Center, we'll definitely stay at the Mezona again the next time we're in town for a show.

Had to find this hotel in the middle of the night because of problems with my reservation at another hotel. Guy working was absolutely amazing. He made sure me and my kids were well taken care of. Room was very clean and surprisingly nice considering the low price. Free breakfast in the morning was yummy and had a lot of different options. If this hotel had a kitchenette, I would gladly book the rest of my stay here!

Our first stay was wonderful. Good bed and shower. Provided shampoo and bath gel. Stayed there again 4 weeks later. Lumpy bed and no shampoo. But their hot breakfast and cookies are excellent.

This hotel was very close to the airport. Offering a free shuttle within 5 mile radius. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Also, near college campus Restaurant-bar on site. Friendly helpful staff. 5 minutes to catch morning flight!
